Located in a Dingo protected area. This fully equipped home sleeps 6 with two Queen beds and two Single beds. A sweeping veranda with ocean views allows whale watching from the house and is less than a 50 metre stroll to the beach for the fishing enthusiast. Pool, Spa, BBQ and two car accommodation (1 undercover) with 24/7 power ensure all ages are accommodated with reliable phone and internet reception (if you can’t go without). Situated at Eurong second valley and only a 30 minute drive up the beach from Hook Point (tide permitting) this lovely house is available to rent for your holiday.

With any time check in/out on your arrival and departure days you can travel according to times that suit you and dont have to rush about on your last day.

4WD, fishing, and outdoor enthusiasts have access to all that Fraser Island offers from a lazy day at Eli Creek, swimming in the fast-flowing fresh water creek, to testing your 4WD skills on the many scenic drives through the rainforests or along the beach. Driving along the 75 Mile Beach and watching whales from your car before giving way for aircraft to land which can then take you on a scenic flight over the island is a very unique experience.

EURONG (pronounced Yoo-rong)
The most convenient location on K’gari(Fraser Island) , Eurong is situated on the Eastern side and about 36 km from Hook Point. It has a small store and coffee shop with a bakery and is approximately 300 meters north, providing basic supplies, fuel, bait and those little reminders of your trip to Paradise. It is also a central location for accessing many of the attractions on the island from the Blue Lake Mackenzie through to Central Station and over to the west side or onto the beach and just turn left and head up the beach to Eli Creek, the Maheno shipwreck and then Indian Head and Champagne Pools. Bush/Beach walks, Hiking, Fishing, Whale Watching (in season) are more of life’s pleasures at your door step. This small township is dingo safe with a dingo fence completely surrounding it. Please note that no pets are allowed anywhere on the island to preserve the uniqueness of the Flora and fauna in “Paradise”. K’gari (pronounced gaa-ree) is the local Indigenous name for the Island which means “ Paradise”

World renowned fishing season for Bluefish, otherwise known as Tailor regularly sees tasty fresh fish on the menu caught only 100 meters from your house and cooked in a fully equipped kitchen.

K’gari is 4 Wheel Drive only. Access is via Inskip Point from Rainbow Beach by Barge (15 minutes) onto Hook Point. Tickets can be bought on board (pay cash and you don’t even need to get out of your car!!), at the Manta Ray office on the left as you enter Rainbow beach or at the Shell service station at Rainbow Beach. The beach around hook point is only accessible for about 3 hours either side of Low tide. Eurong is about 30 minutes by beach road during this time. Alternative access is by Ferry from River Heads to Kingfisher Bay (west side) then through the island.
