Brian, the host of this property, was totally amazing! Brian’s responses to any questions I had, were immediate and very friendly and professional!!! This unit is amazing!!!! Extremely clean and so super cute and very nicely decorated! The Beach Villas in Treasure Cay are a quiet and clean community! You will not be disappointed if you rent this unit!Again, I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property as well as the just, Brian!

We had a great stay at Brian’s villa in Treasure Cay. Very convenient location with a short walk to the beach/pool, nearby restaurants, and the golf cart being included was a huge plus. Brian was very responsive anytime we reached out to him and he did a great job at providing information regarding the nearby area and things to do and see. The beaches and water in Treasure Cay are the most beautiful we’ve ever seen. We will definitely be back!

Everything was as described, and we had a lovely experience in the little neighborhood of villas with quick access to the beach and a pristine, warm swimming pool. The host was always quick to respond with any questions we had and gave us a lot of good suggestions for our vacation. We enjoyed the peaceful, quiet neighborhood.

The host Brian was awesome to deal with & very attentive to detail. The accommodations had everything you could possibly need and then some! The location is in a beautiful community right on the best beach in Abaco. We met some terrific people from the other Villas that will hopefully become lifelong friends. It was the cutest villa, it has to bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Plenty of outdoor space and seating! The outdoor space is very pretty. Our host was so accommodating and kind.

Terrific Villa. Everything worked as advertised. We really liked that the patio has a nice new dining table with umbrella and has some nice vegetation and shrubbery that provides a lot more privacy that many of the villas. The beach here is unbeatable. Many days there were less than 50 people on the 3 miles stretch of paradise. The sand is like sugar. Brian is a great host and very responsive to questions. He also provided a lot of info on the area before the trip. 5 STARS!

We were very pleased with the property, it was as advertised. Location was excellent and the pool area was better than we expected. Of course, the beach is one of, if not the best, we have ever been to. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved the house. Brian was so easy to communicate with and his local property manager is great. House was clean. So close to the beach. The onsite pool was very nice. Will definitely stay again next time!

Warm and inviting villa

Beautiful property, fully loaded with everything you need. Great location and absolutely stunning beach. The owners attention to detail did not go unnoticed, from the yetis in the kitchen, spa slippers in bedroom , fanny packs, water toys and beach towels. A very warm and inviting place to call home away from home.
