A paradise in the Bahamas ! Relax with family and friends in this newly rebuilt villa minutes from the most beautiful beach in the Bahamas. The Beach Villas with their quaint lanes and well-maintained walkways, contribute to the island feel and low-key atmosphere which draws people back again and again to this piece of paradise. This villa is a two minute walk to the world-famous 3.5 mile Treasure Cay Beach . A 2 minute walk in the opposite direction and you find yourself at the local hotspot Florence's Bakery where locals come for Bahamian cuisine, cinnamon buns and 'sip-sip' (vernacular for gossip). The fully renovated villa comes with 2 bedrooms one with a king bed and the second bedroom with two twin beds that can be converted to another king bed, 2 full bathrooms, 3 beds, fiber high speed internet (100 / 50), 3 SMART TV's (50"-2-40") with cable and great outdoor patio spaces with lounge chairs, tables and a BBQ. There is beautiful pool by the beach and a laundromat on the Beach Villa's site which make it perfect for longer stays. Come and enjoy the good life !! 5% weekly and 10% monthly booking discounts !!

Terrific Villa. Everything worked as advertised. We really liked that the patio has a nice new dining table with umbrella and has some nice vegetation and shrubbery that provides a lot more privacy that many of the villas. The beach here is unbeatable. Many days there were less than 50 people on the 3 miles stretch of paradise. The sand is like sugar. Brian is a great host and very responsive to questions. He also provided a lot of info on the area before the trip. 5 STARS!

Everything was as described, and we had a lovely experience in the little neighborhood of villas with quick access to the beach and a pristine, warm swimming pool. The host was always quick to respond with any questions we had and gave us a lot of good suggestions for our vacation. We enjoyed the peaceful, quiet neighborhood.

Villa in Paradise was perfect for me and my husband. The beach was amazing (you really can't find better views) and the pool was fantastic as well. The villa was very clean and exactly as described. The kitchen was well stocked and had things like foil, sandwich bags, and spices left from previous tenants (all were still well within their expiration dates). The golf cart was great to have for exploring the area.Brian was terrific! He provided so many suggestions for our trip before we arrived (since it was our first time to the island) and was very responsive when we had questions. We will definitely be making another trip soon!

Beauty and Relaxation

We completely enjoyed our stay in Treasure Cay! This house is perfect for a couple to relax and unwind. It had everything we needed and was literally a 2 minute walk to the amazing beach! The house was very clean, had a water cooler which was very nice, and the owner was very quick to respond and gave us lots of tips and information about the islands. I would definitely recommend a day trip to Green Turtle Cay! We will definitely be back!

relaxing escape

the Villa was very well equipped and everything was very comfortable. The pool was nice and lounges were always available at both the pool and the beach. four restaurants near by. We rented a car for the week and it was a good decision by the time we would have paid taxi both ways and rented a golf cart it would have cost more. The car gave us even more restaurant options and made getting to ferries to other islands possible.

Warm and inviting villa

Beautiful property, fully loaded with everything you need. Great location and absolutely stunning beach. The owners attention to detail did not go unnoticed, from the yetis in the kitchen, spa slippers in bedroom , fanny packs, water toys and beach towels. A very warm and inviting place to call home away from home.

Quiet wonder with great pool and beach

The key is recovering more and more. Plan groceries in Marsh Harbor for best selection. The villa is great with good layout for parent/kid vacation privacy. Well stocked kitchen for cooking and a good grill. Property owner is amazingly responsive!

Home away from home!

From start to finish the experience was incredible. Excellent location with the most beautiful beach only a 2 minute walk away. The apartment was extremely clean and had all the amenities needed to enjoy our relaxing vacation. 5 out of 5 starts, would definitely recommend to a friend.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

A visit to Treasure Cay Beach will help you realize that dreams do come true! This beach is absolute heaven. The beach extends 3œ miles and consists of sugary white sand complimented with turquoise water. The beach is absolutely stunning. It truly is a sight to behold. Things to do in Treasure Cay - What's Open Right now (February 2026), 5 minute walk from the villa there is a small mini mart, liquor store and Florence's restaurant !! Famous for their cinnabons !! A must try !! Also just a short walk down the beach (15 minutes) you can enjoy the Bahamas Beach Club's pool bar and grill during the day and the Pavilion restaurant for themed night dinners. Just outside TC gates near the highway is Sunset Pizza (great pizza !!) and Treasure Sands restaurants. There is another mini market (Kula Mart) that has a little wider selection of groceries than the one closer to the villa and sells alcoholic beverages as well.. Go the Island of Green Turtle and enjoy Green Turtle Club restaurant by taking a short ferry ride from the Treasure Cay ferry terminal. Go to No Name Cay for the famous with the swimming pigs and enjoy Big O's pool bar and grill restaurant while you are there. Treasure Cay Boat Rentals is also open if you want to rent a boat and is only a five minute walk from the villa. There are tour operators available like Captain Mark who you can arrange for guided snorkeling and fishing tours. Best of all enjoy the Beach Villa's seaside pool and private beach area under one of their umbrellas and chaise lounges and take in the most beautiful beach in the world which is only a two minute walk away from this villa.
