This is an awesome little cottage perfect for 4 people. The beach, which is one of the most beautiful in the world, is only steps from the cottage. Everything was new and well equipped. Nice towels and sheets as well. Having not to worry about renting a golf cart was key. I would stay here again anytime.

A perfect escape from the freezing temperatures back home! The villa was fully equipped and ideally located in Treasure Cay. The golf cart was a wonderful bonus, and the nearby “Greenway to Beach” walkway made it incredibly easy to reach one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever seen.

The beach directly down from the house is beautiful and when we were there no seaweed when further down there was, we took it as a welcoming sign. The golf cart made getting around so fun, we ate at treasure sands and bahama beach club by far the better deal is BBC fabulous food with theme nights and reasonably priced compared to treasure sands although their lounge chairs are very comfortable. The pictures perfectly capture the house the beds are very comfortable and beach chairs and towels are available for use. We throughly enjoyed our stay. Cafe Florence diagonally across the road from the house has great breakfast sandwiches! And there is a convenience shop for any last minute needed items next to Flo’s! A very good location in treasure cay would be hard to find.

We had an amazing stay at the Abaco Villa. The villa was clean and spacious. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The couch cushions could have been a bit thicker. Having the golf cart included was great. Easy quick walk to the beach and walk or golf cart to the mini mart, Flo’s, and Bahama Beach Club. Martha, the property manager, was very helpful and responsive when we had a question or needed something. We would stay here again.

Just as described. Very clean. Brandon answered any question we had. Had a problem with the golf cart headlights. Brandon had another golf delivered. Other than some small blackouts in the area it was a wonderful stay.

Spring Retreat

We stayed at this property in mid April and absolutely loved it! It was cozy and convenient and well supplied (towels and chairs). The location is perfect. Note: if you haven’t done this trip before, bring cash! The taxi ride is 100 each way, cash only. Cash at most places. shop in town before arriving, the coffee maker is drip, and I would get plastic/paper cups and plates if staying longer and cooking more. I cannot wait to return!

Wediing Party

I attended my cousins wedding, and the accommodations were spot on. Food and beverages are more than the mainland but expected due to everything being shipped to the island. Do your research for dinning, the island is still recovering from the massive hurricane 5 years ago and many restaurants were damaged or demolished.

Kitchen was very nice and up to date but said had a Keuric coffee machine but had regular. The only problem we found was uncomfortable furniture for watching TV and no directions for operating TV so that’s why I gave it a 4 rating on certain things . Great location and great having a golf cart included bud it needed some work .

Hi Rebecca ! Thank you for your feedback and for sharing what you enjoyed about your stay, especially the updated kitchen and convenient location. We did want to clarify a couple of points: our listing does not advertise a Keurig, but we do provide a standard coffee maker for guest use, perhaps a Keurig was included on other listings you may have viewed prior to booking our villa. Regarding the TV, it is a smart TV, and while most guests have found it intuitive, we appreciate your note and will be adding simple instructions to make it even easier in the future. We’ll also check on the golf cart to ensure it’s in great working order. We’re glad you enjoyed your time overall!

Great property

The cottage was exactly as it was described and pictured. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with new appliances, dishes, cookware, etc. Having a golf cart for the week was perfect. We used it for 9 days and only burned 2 gallons of gas. There are super nice beach chairs and umbrellas that were so great to have. We brought home all clean clothes, due to having a washer/dryer, which made unpacking a breeze. We shopped at Maxwell's in Marsh Harbor before going to the cottage, but the little market down the road was better stocked than we had anticipated, so don't worry if you forgot something at Maxwell's. The only "issue" that we had was not a fault of the property, but of the town/city. The water pressure was lacking, and in the mornings when the demand was high, the pump outside the cottage would struggle and make annoying noises that sometimes woke us up. Perhaps, installing a pressure tank would alleviate the problem. Definitely not a deal breaker, though. We loved everything about the little cottage and Treasure Cay.
