Welcome to The Haven! This chalet-style cabin is the perfect place to escape from your busy life and become reacquainted with nature. Located halfway between the village of Leavenworth and Stevens Pass this is a fantastic landing pad for any kind of mountain adventure you are dreaming of! Includes level 2 EV charging for Tesla vehicles.

Imagine spending the day skiing, mountain biking, hiking, boating, golfing, fishing, climbing, horseback riding, or snowmobiling and returning to this warm and cozy cottage in the woods. The wood-paneled walls of the dining room will remind you of a mountain ski lodge as you dine next to a toasty fire crackling in the wood-burning stove. Your loved ones can snuggle into the comfortable living room and play a board game or watch a movie on the flat-screen while the chef in the group slices and dices away. Upstairs you will find 2 lovely bedrooms with log furniture, the first features a queen-size bed and the second features 2 twin beds, the ideal set-up for a family or small group. Also on the second floor conveniently located next to both bedrooms is a full bathroom and a stackable laundry unit across the hall.

This adorable mountain chalet has everything you need for a romantic getaway, a high-octane adventure, or a relaxing family vacation, come and experience the charm it's waiting for you!

This home is 18.1 miles from downtown Leavenworth.

There is NO WIFI at this home, but there is good cell service with some of the major providers.
There are train tracks a few blocks away with passing trains that can be heard at times.
Firewood is not provided.
If you are planning to visit during the winter or summer months, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. The weather can be unpredictable during these seasons and we hold firm to our cancellation policy.

Great cabin for quiet getaway

The family had fun in this quiet cabin. Short drive to Leavenworth for food and fun, then back to cabin to rest and hike. Stairs are a bit steep, but good use of space. Fridge is a little loud when it kicks on, but otherwise lots of amenities for our stay.

We visited for the last weekend in May with our toddler. The cabin was very clean, check in was easy, and though we arrived as it was getting dark and it was tricky finding where all the lights were, we figured it out fine. The lighting inside is pretty much only lamps except one light in the kitchen and 2 in the bathroom upstairs. The cabin is as you see it in the listing photos but the photos do give you an impression of a bigger space. We brought our own portable baby gate for the top of the steep stairs which was very useful. There was a provided sound machine in the main bedroom which was great. Definitely bring a second one if you're using the twin bedroom because the trains are LOUD at night and go by multiple times. We brought our own sound machine from home and our toddler slept very well. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use and clean! Very nice to find dishes and toys for children at this stay, I feel it was put together thoughtfully. Our toddler was a huge fan. Also, that step stool chair makes a great makeshift toddler tower in the kitchen. Check out the Bluetooth adapter for the sound system and you'll love it. That really brought our experience up to a 10/10. We visited our favorite spots while there: Prey's Fruit Barn, downtown Leavenworth of course, the Plain Hardware Store, and of course Lake Wenatchee.

Cabin in the woods

The cabin was nice. I know it was a Cabin in the woods but I didn't realize how far from town we would be. It was about a 25 min drive. There was some awesome resturaunts on the way to town though. (59er Diner and Squirrel Tree). Other than that the cabin was great. Especially first thing in the morning and watching the sun rise.

Very quaint, and secluded

This property was perfect for a weekend getaway, and very calming. The reason there was only 4 stars, was because it looked like the kitchen was not swept up, as there were still crumbs on the table and floor. Not an extremely big deal, but I'm weird about kitchen cleanliness lol. Other than that, it was very nice, and loved the fact there was an AC unit! My kids also loved it, and we're sad to leave.

Cute house

Sean was great! He was so thoughtful to call us hours before our check in to make sure we were aware of road closures (thankfully didn't affect us) and to help redirect us if needed. I really felt like he had our back.
