Beautiful View!

My husband and I stayed here for a few hot days in Leavenworth, and the accommodations were clean, well-supplied, and the bed was super-comfy. Very convenient to get to all the necessities and town center, and the view was spectacular. The landlords are lovely and we will definitely consider this choice when we head this way again. Comfortable, beautiful, and easy!

Location is close to town, and easy to get to. The house is very well done and comfortable. Would definitely want to stay here on a return trip.

This property is a 5 star PLUS!

The views out every room in this property are breathtaking. I could have sat out on the balcony for hours enjoying the beautiful scenery. So quiet/peaceful. All amenities were top notch including beds (very comfortable), shower, TV and a wonderful hot powerful hot tub. We thoroughly enjoyed stargazing from the balcony too. Staying up on the mountain was the best of both worlds for a Leavenworth area visit. We had the peace and serenity of the mountain and only a 5 minute easy drive to the fun unique town of Leavenworth. Location!!

Perfect Location

What a beautiful view! I can't wait to go back and see it in the snow. Amenities were as advertised, with a very comfy bed! It was close enough to town to be able to go back and forth easily and quickly. Will stay again!

A 5 min drive from town takes you to the hills where you will have stunning views day and night. It is secluded and quiet so you are able to enjoy the soft singing of frogs while you lay out on a perfectly located deck for gazing at stars. This place makes staying in Leavenworth even better!

Modern Convenience

Quiet, comfortable, and a quick 6 minute drive into town. We spent a bit more time indoors than expected due to wildfire smoke, but the modern climate control, TV and Internet made this an enjoyable visit nonetheless.

Beautiful views

Great apartment. Beautiful views and the kitchen has everything you need to cook. The only disappointment was that there is no jacuzzi, that is only seasonal. Also on the first day we were there there were ants however they were taken care of within 24 hours. Owner is very responsive. All in all great little apartment is perfect for a small family or a couple.

Base Camp Guest House is a wonderful, newly constructed property with modern amenities. Beautiful and clean. Luxurious shower with fantastic water pressure and shower head. The property boasts breathtaking views in a tranquil environment, away from the maddening crowds. Yet you don’t forgo easy access to Leavenworth. No matter what you are looking to do in the area, look no further, this property is top with interesting, friendly hosts. The best!

Very quiet. Gorgeous view. Follow the driving directions in the email. The address in maps app auto-completed to "46 Foxridge" which is a harrowing drive in the snow and then doesn't actually exist once you arrive.

Great little hideaway in the snow and we had lots of it! The owners were very friendly and helpful. The place was really clean and tidy. Two things to be aware of: the hot tub is on the ground by the front door. I didn’t realize and thought it was more private on the upstairs deck. The water in the unit smells very strongly like sulfur or something. Probably nothing they can do about it but it’s very noticeable with the shower. Some area rugs might be nice for a little warmth too. 😊 Really did enjoy our stay and Leavenworth was amazing!

Snowmageddon

We arrived at this immaculate property one day ahead of a major storm. The property managers (Jadran and Kendra) were very helpful upon our arrival, letting us know where to park and answering any questions we had and letting us know to ask further if we needed anything. The rooms are very lovely--they were even decorated for Christmas. Everything you could need for cooking is there, along with good heating (independent heating for each room) a comfy bed, and a great shower. Lovely views of the mountains, and very close to downtown Leavenworth. Very nice pluses are a balcony and a hot tub! The next day brought 19 inches of snow! We did have a bit of a slide on the road going out, but Kendra was very helpful with a snow shovel and we got out very quickly! Jadran spent hours that night clearing the driveway and the parking area, The family owning the property are lovely people, and we surely do hope to return for another stay. If you have children, this is really an ideal property. The rooms include a set of bunk beds are there are also items like a collapsible crib and feeding chair.

Stay in leavenworth

This place was perfect for our needs. We were there for two days to hike the enchantments and it had AC, which was amazing, all the Kitchen space we needed, was clean and close to town. Would definitely stay again.

Loved the views, would have liked some blinds on the windows to keep out the sun in the am. Otherwise it was great. The hardwood floors helped both of us for we have dust allergies. Would visit this place again.
