The location was great, facilities were good too. The noise from the nearby roads and traffic was really loud, and made it hard to sleep.

Great location, great stay at Broadbeach

The apartment was perfect for our family holiday. Excellent location, great layout (our son found the internal office room worked well for him) with a well-equipped kitchen and the bonus of a laundry with washer and dryer. We had a dinner on the outdoor kitchen by the pool one evening and our son enjoyed all the gym facilities. We would book this apartment again.

The only area of concern was that the main shower was not clean. There was hair left in the drain. The lounge suite needed updating as the vinyl was peeling off but as for the rest of the apartment, it was very good. Bed's were very comfortable.The apartment cartered our needs.

Family break

The only criticism I have is the collection of the key. We arrived at the property by uber and had to wait 25 minutes for my son to walk to the friendly grocer store to collect key and bring it back.

The sheets and pillowcases were stained and there were hairs in the bed. The third 'bedroom' is a converted office complete with office desk, office chair and filling cabinet but no wardrobe or hanging space. The balcony door that was poorly repaired previously, broke and could not be closed. One bath towel for each guest and no pool towels. Management of the unit were unhelpful.

Overall excellent

Being a cleaner myself the doorframramres need a complete clean, and the bathroom had a little mould at the front of the shower, also kitchen floor wasn’t clean, excellent, place however only stating this as if the owners are paying someone to clean?

So relaxing!

My friends and I enjoyed this apartment, not only was it clean and comfortable, the pool and jacuzzi just topped it off! Also, it's close to the shopping centre and to the beach!
