- Everyday items such as rubbish bags, cleaning products, soap, toilet paper etc are also not provided.
- Please BYO fire wood there may be a small pile of wood under the deck if this is used or wet you will need to supply your own. Bunnings and local service stations have fire wood bags for purchase.
- This property has a strict 'no party policy' and guests must be over the age of 21 when booking this property.
- Strictly no schoolies, bucks or hens parties these type of bookings will be cancelled
- Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed under Terms & Conditions.
