Hand Crafted Post and Beam Home with Mountain Views Minutes from Sugarbush

Beautiful custom-crafted family home secluded on three acres surrounded by farms located just minutes from Sugarbush, and both Warren and Waitsfield village. The spacious 4-bedroom home boasts marvelous mountain views, plenty of outside space, a firepit, grill, hiking & snowshoe trails, and direct access via the backyard to the groomed Ole's XC ski trails. Inside you find a gorgeous hand-built radiant stone fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bedrooms + private loft, and fiber wifi

Please message through the booking medium or email before calling or texting for fastest response. Available during normal hours M-F 9-5 and for emergencies during reasonable non sleeping hours.

Located in Warren Vermont, this house is central to the town of Waitsfield, Sugarbush resort, and Mad River Glen. Ole's cross country ski trails run right through the property on this wooded escape.

You will have access to the entire house and surrounding property. Four wheel drive and snow tires are required for safe travel in winter months in this region of Vermont.

A 4 wheel drive or AWD vehicle in the winter to access any property in Vermont, snow tires are also highly recommended. Summer access can be had in any vehicle.

We had a wonderful time and the place was great. We found everything we needed easily and loved the charm of the place. Perfect spot for a ski vacation just a few min from sugarbush and mad river.

Hygge House lived up to its definition. It was cozy with a warm atmosphere in which we felt very content and safe. It's location to Sugarbush skiing was ideal. Our family enjoyed skiing there daily.The entire house was wonderful but the kitchen was ideal!!Whether it was the appliances, utensils, dishes, glassware or the washer and dryer all exceeded our expectations. The fireplace/heat source in the kitchen was interesting and radiated comfort for sure. The bedrooms were spacious and the bed coverings were perfect.Our staying there was a surprise gift to our young adult family. They were overjoyed and we were grateful for all that was offered. Thank you

Great house and location

Went with another family over the holiday break to ski Sugarbush. House location is ideal for mountain access and to the Warren Store which is a daily must. We come to VT every winter and this location and house is our favorite by far. Will definitely rent again

Cozy and comfortable getaway

We had a wonderful stay in this delightful property. The furniture and bedding was top notch and very comfortable, and the kitchen has nice new appliances. Tons of character and charm, too. We would definitely return!

Charming Farmhouse

Our families loved your farmhouse! It was clean, spacious, and very charming. Check-in/out was a breeze. The surrounding area was beautiful and an easy 20 minute drive to Sugarbush. We would definitely return for another stay. Thank you!

Great stay and experience

Unique and very comfortable place to stay. Lots of room, great layout, kitchen had everything we needed and more, beds were very comfortable, all-round it worked out very well for our needs. We had 1 small glitch (our own fault) and the managers were very quick to respond and help get it taken care of. Highly recommend, it was a great experience.

Great family retreat

Stayed at the house for a week with family. Chef's kitchen with everything you need and very comfortable beds. Washer and dryer work great. Good for garden lovers. Beautiful hostas surround the grounds and lots of house plants. Hosts are great. Book today!

Relics.

What a great space, good for our gang of 70 aged guys. Cooked outside on grill every night. Beds were great .. Plenty of elbow room and sitting area. Very interesting place , We recommend this house , cant go wrong. Also our host was very helpful ( Colin) got us out of an issue within an hr . Cant go wrong , " The Relics "

Fun and funky - we enjoyed it!

This is a fun home with great spaces for our family of 6. Hosts and management co were very helpful and responsive, and the property was everything we hoped it would be! We didn’t get the chance to have a fire in the firepit due to rain one of the two days we were there, but we saw horses, enjoyed a walk down the gravel road and back, played board games, and enjoyed all the local happenings including Warren Falls, covered bridges, and local shops/restaurants. Great spot!

Wedding

We were in this area for a wedding to do in Northfield. The location is beautiful. The home charming and very comfortable for kids to Grandparents. The kitchen is well appointed with dish ware and modern appliances. Even with rainy weather we relaxed. Ate. Played games. Very cozy. Bedrooms quite comfortable. Our host were responsive to all our questions. Thank you again.

Amazing

This house is fantastic. It’s so spacious inside and private outside. The back deck and fire pit were a highlight of our stay and Sugarbush is 20 minutes away. Then teens enjoyed the loft with the rock staircase entrance. The living room is so comfortable and roomy. After long days of skiing, we slept soundly. PS The sheets were so soft! We can’t wait to return.
