This property is perfect for large groups. Ample space and plenty of amenities. I appreciated the “little things” like coffee filters, coffee, trash bags, TP, even some laundry and personal hygiene items. When I called about trouble with one of the TVs, they sent someone within the hour and it was an easy fix. I would suggest replacing the trash can in the kitchen and ensuring all the beds are on bed frames.Management was also very accommodating when we needed early check-in and late check-out. There is also a local peacock that made himself at home by visiting on the pool deck and by the garage doors. We named him Jimmy and enjoyed seeing him throughout our stay.

Pool was good. We enjoyed time on the patio. The only problem we saw was that all the back doors were unlocked when we arrived, so we did a search of the house.

Beautiful property. House was great and perfect for what we needed. The pool was well kept. A couple things were broken and we had to buy a couple things for the house. Our host was very easy to get in touch with and it was an overall great stay.

Great time!

We were in for our daughter's wedding. The home was surprisingly roomie! Two upstair sections and so many sleeping options so everyone could be comfortable. Our wedding venue was 10 minutes away in Valley View, so it was a perfect location too! Everything was so welcoming and clean and tidy!

The picture doesn’t justice the area of this place. We were 14 people still the house was big. This house is spacious and very nice. We had a pleasant stay. The neighborhood was peaceful, best place to stay during the holidays to spend time with your loved ones. The hosts were great and easy to communicate with. Comfortable house

House was big enough to sleep 14, beds were comfortable and house was clean. Great communication with the host, had to advise the host of several repairs that needed to be made and he was open to the information. My family enjoyed their stay but was unable to swim due to the red ants surrounding the pool.

Peaceful and chill place!

Nice house with a lot of spaces to chill and gather. Rooms are plenty to spread out. The pool is a nice touch to relax as well. Beautiful trees up front and plenty to gaze at! Property Manager was responsive. as per other comments the pictures don't do it justice, it looks much nicer in real life!

The place was clean and easy to get to. Check-in was smooth. The photos are from a while ago and don't reflect the property's current condition. The place needs some TLC. That said, it was a good trip, and the kids had fun playing ping-pong.

Grandkids want to go again

Very comfortable living space for grandparents, parents & 4 children (11-4). Beds are very comfy. Kids love the garage play room. Kitchen nicely furnished. Very quiet at night; out but feels very safe and secure. Great roads with minimal traffic - Gainesville is a great town. Was in town for a wedding - there are 6 more grandchildren there & I hope to stay here every time! Evolve's protocol was efficient and practical.
