The house features 3 bedrooms and a second level sitting area with a futon. The primary bedroom has an unobstructed view of the ocean & the Confederation Bridge. The primary features an ensuite complete with soaker tub with ocean view and queen bed and sitting area. The smaller second storey room features twin beds which can be moved to form a king bed.

The main floor features a kitchen which is open to the living room complete with a gas fireplace for chilly autumn nights. A flat screen tv equipped with an Amazon Firestick is also in the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all basics & includes a new microwave, stove and dishwasher. We have drip, French press and Keurig coffee machines (pods not supplied) a toaster, kettle, blender as well as all you need for the BBQ and a lobster boil. We also have a small bar with glasses and bar implements. The table comfortably seats 8.

The main floor bedroom features a queen bed and flat screen tv equipped with an Amazon Firestick. There is a full handicapped equipped bathroom on the main floor, as well as laundry facilities. All 3 bedrooms and the living room are equipped with large, quiet ceiling fans; the beach house is not air conditioned.

Enjoy the wrap around deck and Adirondack chairs while you sip a glass of wine and watch the sun set over Augustine Cove. If you enjoy cooking, we have a bbq as well as outdoor dining table with ocean views and for those who prefer take-out there are many fine restaurants within a 15 min drive of the cottage.

To maximize family fun on the sprawling lawn, we have a bocce ball set, badminton set, horseshoes, volleyball & croquet. When the beach is calling, we have beach towels, chairs and everything you need to make a sand castle. If you are travelling with young children, we have baby gates, light switch plugs, a pack’n’play and a high-chair.

The cottage is 10 minutes from Confederation Bridge, 20 from Summerside, 40 from Charlottetown & 40 from Cavendish Beach.
