Great place to stay
The property was cozy and a great place to come back to after a long day of hitting the slopes. The easy access to the shuttle to easily get to any lift or town, and walking distance to lifts too. Having the garage was convienent to keep board and ski equipment! Great stay!

Great location, nice amenities
Great location super closer to Beaver Run, short walk to town, easy bus to town. We were there for 2 quick days of skiing, did not try the "ski-in/ski-out aspect" but the quick bus and/or walk to Beaver Run/Peak 9 base was still incredibly convenient. Would absolutely stay again.

Quick weekend stay
We came to see a production at Breckenridge Theatre. This condo was great for our stay. We appreciated the 2 bathrooms, with one of them being an on-suite bathroom. The condo was extremely clean and comfortable. We did not use the pool or hot tub. The directions provided were very detailed for check-in and check-out.

New Year Ski vacation
We had a great time staying at The Chelsea condo! Perfect location to the Snowflake ski lift and just a short drive/walk to town. It’s a well stocked condo with comfortable beds. Bathrooms are nice too! I would definitely stay here again in the future!Thank you!!

Nice Condo- needs a few updates
The good- good location, excellently stocked kitchen, great for cooking at home. Clean, updated bathrooms, plenty of room for 2 couples, comfortable couches and furniture in good condition. Easy check in and communication from Evolve The not so good- the TV is archaic, and the Roku and Dish TV were constantly going out and needing to be reset. Super frustrating with 3 remotes and no smart TV trying to watch the Olympics. The property manager was of little help and didn’t follow up. The guest mattress is worn out and has a large depression in the middle. It was tough for 2 people to sleep on it because both keep rolling into the middle. Apparently the primary mattress was in better condition. Not deal breakers, but be aware the city busses run on the street right outside the bedrooms, so with the windows open you will have a lot of traffic noise. And although nice to have a grill on the patio, don't expect much in terms of the quality. Overall a nice property, would be about perfect with a few upgrades.

Good for skiing
Newly renovated an we’ll stocked, the condo was great and really close to lifts. For a summer stay, it’s a hike to get to town but it’s really close to the gray line shuttle. Would stay here again.

Great place!
This place is in a great location - easy walk to the lifts and into town. The condo was super clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very helpful in suggesting a dinner spot and responsive to our questions. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great Place
This is a great condo for a couple or family’s. Perfect for a mountain get away. Free shuttle near by to see down town Breckenridge or hit the slopes. Also loved we could ski down drive way and be at a lift. We will be back!!

Great roomy 2 floor condo!
Short walk, mostly on a path, to the lift or from the ski trail! Shuttle or 5 minute walk to restaurants. Nice during Covid to have a separate entrance!
