Sugarberry Shack at Whip Poor Will Cabins is a cozy one-bedroom honeymoon cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, perfectly located near Hochatown, Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, and the scenic Mountain Fork River. This budget-friendly Beavers Bend cabin rental is ideal for couples seeking a romantic and relaxing escape in the heart of Oklahoma’s premier vacation destination.

The open layout features a comfortable king bed and a warm wood-burning fireplace (firewood provided), creating the perfect setting for a peaceful getaway. After a day of hiking, boating, or fishing, return to your private cabin and unwind in the quiet resort setting.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, cookware, utensils, dishes, and dish soap—everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The cabin also features a full bathroom with shower only, with linens and bedding provided, plus heating and air conditioning, cable TV, and Wi-Fi for year-round comfort.

Outside, enjoy the charcoal grill, picnic table, and outdoor fire ring (firewood provided), perfect for relaxing evenings under the pines.

Guests at Whip Poor Will Cabins enjoy access to resort amenities across 15 wooded acres, including stocked fishing ponds, a playground, basketball court, and sand volleyball court.

Maximum occupancy is 2 guests, including children and infants.

Pet Friendly: Up to 2 pets under 25 pounds each are allowed with a $50.00 non-refundable pet fee per dog, charged at booking or check-in. Larger dogs must be approved by the office and may be subject to an additional pet fee.

Cabin in Hochatown

It was very cozy and clean. Nice place to stay and lots to do in Hochatown. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of channels on tv to watch. We will definitely be back!

Get stay

My husband and I wanted to get away, even though we are retired you sometimes have to unplug. The cabin was very cozy and very quiet. We enjoyed breakfast on the porch and evenings watching the lighting bugs. If you want a cozy, rustic stay this is the place.

overall the property was nice.the cabin was not really clean when we got there.there was candy on the floor and dirt,had to go find a trash can and wood for the fire place/pit.just needs a little better house cleaning but over all i would stay again

Good stay, good setting.

We enjoyed the setting except road to cabin was muddy and big tree roots in path. The area was very pretty. The cabin was smaller than we realized. We tried to start a fire, but firewood was too damp. We had a good time, however. Good location.

Weekend Getaway

This was our first time to Hochatown/Broken Bow. The listing said it was a 7 minute walk to the Choctaw Casino but it must have been a different property. The property was nice but when outside there was a lot of highway noise. We thought we would go back sometime other than a holiday weekend for the traffic to and from was horrible.

Small and cozy

Its a 1 room with king bed. Small kitchenet and small bathroom and small shower. Its perfect for 2 people on a budget. It is a wood cabin so spiders and webs are to be expected. Overall it was quiet and cozy. I would stay again. No washer or dryer and no dish washer in this cabin.

Not at all what we expected.

Bed was terrible stayed three nights and both woke up hurting felt like we slept on boards. Cabin more rustic then we expected. More of a camping cabin then for relaxation. Outside needs cleaned up they could have at least cleaned off the chairs. We won’t be staying here again.

Not as advertised

Said it slept 4, but only had 1 bed, a wicker chair and two dinette chairs. Advertised WIFI but it was never found. Hanging clothes were in the bathroom. Small shower stall with a too tall fixture that sprayed the wall. Picky sounding, but in todays time it would have been nice to know there was no hair dryer. We left a day early.

Nice cabin but needs some detail

Cabin was what I expected size wise, there were many cobwebs and insects inside, outdoor furniture was was very dirty. The smoke detector was chirping upon arrival and even though I booked a 3 night stay there was only 2 coffee packets inside. If those details were addressed I would consider staying again.

Not what I expected

Not clean like stated in the email. Sheets smelled like they had never been changed. Not enough outlets to plug in appliances. Patio furniture and patio was not even dusted.
