This 3 bedroom home on the ever popular East Beach will take you a world away from your ordinary life. From the moment you enter through the front door with views through the house and out onto the sea it's sure to delight.

On the ground floor you will find the first 2 bedrooms, the first with a King bed with views over the town and Belfast Lough (These can be split into 2 singles so please call the office if you require this) while the second bedroom is a spacious Queen. The first bathroom is on this floor which contains a separate bath and walk in shower. There is also a separate toilet.

Between the bedrooms and the kitchen is your own private sun soaked courtyard with BBQ and outdoor seating. Protected from any sea breezes this offers you a private retreat for a morning coffee or evening glass of wine as the BBQ is fired up.

From here head through to the open plan living and kitchen area and those breathtaking views of East Beach

Enjoy the sound of the waves and the summer sunshine from the decking. Or grab your surf board and hit the waves right in front of the house. Surrounded by windows which fill the house with light this living room offers the prefect area to relax away from the hustle and bustle of life. There is a split system and gas log fire so you are catered for no matter the season. There is a washer/dryer combo under the stairs.

Head upstairs to without a doubt our favourite spot in this house. The second floor contains the master bedroom at one end with Queen bed and ensuite walk in shower. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee in bed with the views over the Belfast Lough and the endless skies above. On the other side of the master bedroom you will find the house's very own crow's nest. Enjoy the almost floor to ceiling windows for towering views over East Beach. Enjoy the telescope at your disposal for spotting ships at sea - pirates or otherwise! In the whale season this is the perfect private viewing spot.

Nautica is indeed a Port Fairy treasure just waiting to be enjoyed.
