I stayed at this property with my son, his two kids and five of my girlfriends for a total of nine. The house was spacious with more room than we needed but we appreciated the extra space. The location was perfect too, so close to everything we wanted to do. We enjoyed the pool table as well as the ping pong table in the game room. Many thanks to Seth for helping to make this a truly memorable experience!

The house is huge! We went down as a group of 19 for a bachelor and bachelorette party. We had 6 of us 40 and 13 20-23. Us older adults could hang out with the younger ones but had plenty of room for us to hang out without them also. Plenty of beds, pillows, blankets, we had 6 vehicles parked there and still had plenty of room to play yard games in the driveway.

The property was great and the space was amazing. The only draw back was the lack of yard. We had 5 grandkids between 8-20 that brought outdoor games. Other than that i highly recommend this place. Close to all the activities.

When we first arrived, there were dirty towels and wash rags in our shower. Not sure if it was cleaned or they just forgot to pick them up. We had to buy more t-paper, paper towels, and wash cloths as we needed more than were provided. We reported the livingroom TV did not work so they brought a new one but couldn’t hook it up! We struggled with all the TVs. The house has plenty of space and lots of fun! We would stay here again! Great pool table in basement, and lots of fun games in the garage. Seemed well soundproofed! PLUS, we had a wonderful BABBLING BROOK out the back deck! What a surprise!

Perfect Family Getaway

We love coming to Branson and brought our biggest group ever. This house is in a great location just a few minutes off the main routes in a very quiet neighborhood. We had room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Plenty of room to cook and play without feeling crowded. Very easy check in and check out from the property manager. Thanks for a great vacation.

I had 18 of my family with me and it was a Blast. Beautiful home, very spacious. The teenagers and adults loved the game room and pool table. Easy to go to attractions and shopping. I highly recommend this home to a family. I WANT TO RATE 10/10 for the review.

This location was amazing for me and my family of 16 guests. the room set up was great especially the bunk room for the kids. The pool table and game room was a big it with adults and kids. there is also a creek located behind the house which was a pleasant surprise to us. We also had trouble finding one room but did finally locate it. My family and i would stay at this property again it was worth the money for sure.

Yes. The house was very comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room and the game room was a big hit. The adults had a great time visiting and catching up and we enjoyed a pool 8 ball and 9 ball challenge. It was a great time.

This is a wonderful house for a large group. With 6 large bedrooms, including the bunk room, we had plenty of beds for all. The location is perfect as it is so central.My only complaint is the exorbitant fees charged by VRBO, host fees, cleaning fees, etc.
