This beautiful property has two bedrooms, well-appointed bathroom, open plan living, modern kitchen and patio living and dining areas. Have a restful sleep listening to the waves.

Osteria Restaurant and Surfing Australia walking distance. Coles and a host of other shops close by. Salt, Kingscliff & Cabarita Beach close. Just 15 min from Coolangatta Int. Airport & 40 min to Byron Bay

One of two separate self-contained apartment-style dwellings. This apartment is upstairs and features master bedroom with king-size bed and second bedroom with two long-twin beds. There is a elegant travertine marble bathroom, and separate WC. There are spacious living and dining areas off a modern open-plan kitchen. Living areas open onto a spacious deck, with a separate third-level viewing deck.

That host provided plenty of information about the stay. The place was very nice and conveniently located near the beach and amenities. It was also a quiet location, so I had a peaceful stay.

Excellent property close to everything you want for a holiday/break.Only bad issue was the parking. There is a fern next to your car. There was a small rain shower and the fern dropped leaves/sap on the car. On return home we found the paint was damaged. Dont park in the driveway if you value your paint work.

The rental was very well equiped with everything supplied. It was extremely clean with beautiful plants throughout the home. Definitely recommend this property. One small thing was that we couldn't access the rooftop as was shown in the pictures and we weren't advised of this beforehand.

This house was perfect for our stay..great location, easy access to busses, walking distance to restaurants and the beach. Exactly as described! Beautiful space, relaxing and stocked with what we needed.

Over-the-top, exceptional rental

This beautiful property was beyond expectation! Fully-appointed, lots of room, high-end furnishings. The best part was the outdoor space on a two-level balcony equipped with three sitting areas and dining table. Full laundry room with drier which was greatly appreciated after picking up our daughter who had been living in the rain forest for a month. Highly recommended!

The property is beautiful and spacious with comfortable bedding and a well stocked kitchen. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to the shopping village. Unfortunately we couldn't access the rooftop deck as the outdoor blinds were down with signs up saying the were 'out of order'. This meant there was nothing to look out over on the front balcony, only the blinds. The blinds also made a constant clacking sound because of the wind. The front door was very difficult to lock and unlock and I had to contact the owner to come and let us out. The front gate was also very difficult to open and when you finally managed to push it open it would catch on the path and bounce back at you. It made leaving and coming back to the property quite annoying.

Location location

Mark and Bev's property was fantastic. A 1 min walk to the beach down the adjacent ally way. A close walk to the Kiosk and Lolita's down at Osteria and a short drive to Casuarina shops and Cabarita/Bogangar. The property was spacious with multiple areas and a big balcony to relax. Awesome. Would stay again.

Beautiful property, great location

The apartment is upstairs with a big deck, super nice and furnished with style. Everything we needed was there including a coffee machine which my son appreciated. Quite secure although the gate was a little tall for me, my son had no problems opening it
