BELLE MAISON INDIVIDUELLE MEUBLÉE DANS UNE COMMUNAUTÉ DE COURS DE GOLF MAGNIFIQUE SITUÉE À MINUTES DE CANYON DE NEIGE. Maison de trois chambres avec une cour entièrement clôturée, piscine privée, spa privé, foyer, chaises longues et barbecue ET 2 parasols réglables surdimensionnés pour profiter du plein air. Juste au-delà du mur avant et arrière, les visiteurs auront une vue imprenable sur le magnifique désert du sud de l'Utah et le Snow Canyon. La maison est située en face du Golf Course Club House. Club House a une belle salle à manger et un patio couvert avec une vue imprenable. Ceci est la maison parfaite pour les personnes qui veulent s'éloigner de la vie quotidienne juste à l'extérieur du centre-ville de St. George, qui offre davantage une atmosphère de complexe hôtelier avec un accès facile pour profiter de ce que le sud de l'Utah a à offrir.

La cour arrière a un patio couvert, une piscine et un spa privés au sol, une table extérieure pour 6 et 2 parasols surdimensionnés pour vous protéger des éléments. À côté de la piscine et du spa, de nombreuses chaises longues réglables offrent une atmosphère des plus relaxantes pendant votre séjour. Foyer au gaz parfait pour réchauffer la nuit ou cuisiner des Smores. La maison est équipée d'un système d'alarme de pointe.

La salle familiale et la cuisine sont assez grandes et au centre de la maison, ce qui permet de passer du bon temps avec les invités.Les chambres sont situées sur 3 côtés différents de la maison, ce qui offre plus d'intimité à l'écart des autres chambres. Le centre de la maison a une grande salle de réunion et une cuisine. La cuisine comprend une table pour six personnes assises et trois tabourets de bar sur l'île. La maison est équipée de tout le confort et des commodités que vous souhaitez: serviettes de bain, serviettes de piscine, mixeur, grille-pain, cafetière, bols à mélanger, assiettes, tasses, ustensiles, et tout le nécessaire pour vous sentir comme chez vous.

La chambre principale a un très grand lit avec un téléviseur 42 'et une salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne et baignoire à jets pouvant accueillir 2 personnes.

La chambre 2 a un lit Queen, une salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne et deux matelas jumeaux qui peuvent permettre à jusqu'à 4 personnes de dormir dans la chambre.

Chambre 3 a un lit queen, salle de bain avec douche est située juste à l'extérieur de la porte de la chambre. Des matelas jumeaux sont disponibles pour des couchages supplémentaires. Toutes les chambres ont des placards privés. La maison est équipée de DirectTV et Internet Fibre.

À quelques minutes de la maison, vous trouverez l'accès à de beaux paysages, de fabuleux restaurants et de nombreuses autres activités. Le théâtre Tuachan est à moins de dix minutes en voiture. Mesquite est situé à 40 minutes de la maison et Las Vegas est à 90 minutes en voiture. Les excursions d'une journée incluent de grandes possibilités comme: le parc Zions, le lac Powell, le Grand Canyon, le parc national de Bryce Canyon, etc.

Beautiful home

We had a lovely stay at Jennifer’s home. Everything was clean and ready for us. The neighborhood was beautiful and had Pickleball courts nearby which we enjoyed. We would stay here again.

Great house in quiet neighborhood

We really enjoyed the hot tub on a cool evening after a day of hiking. There is a nice clubhouse in the neighborhood with a good restaurant. The owner was very responsive.

Beautiful Ledges Property

Beautiful home, near the clubhouse at the Ledges Golf Club. Very quiet setting and a wonderful spa made this the perfect setting for a golf getaway for me and my husband.

Great Location

Our family of 4 booked the location for a quick anniversary trip. My husband and I decided to bring our teens and they loved it. The pool and hot tub were very relaxing and the beds very confortable. My favorite part was the location and close proximity to the club house, made dinner and tee times very convenient! Hope to rent again on the future.

Awesome relaxing location

Everything about the property is great. Fantastic amenities, and wonderful location. The only caveats are that the backyard is not truly private, and a lot of spiderwebs. Close neighbors on either side, who are very nice, just not as secluded as we thought it would be. Check-in was smooth and we were able to just enjoy the weekend and the property without hassle.

The home was a great fit for our family stay. We’ve stayed in the Ledges Golf Community before and this was a nice change to have a full house opposed to a condo. I do believe the house was undergoing renovations, so there were some small noticeably unfinished areas of the home. Overall, we would stay here again in the future.

Great stay

Just concluded a 3-night stay. Wonderful visit all around. Property is lovely and clean / spotless. All amenities were as described, pool and hot tub were wonderful and made the stay incredibly relaxing. As a starting pack there was some coffee and towels provided which was also great. Location is about a 10min drive from "downtown" St George but real easy to find. Only recommendation would be to invest in new beach towels (torn) and new bedding (thankfully turned out to be a rust spot but would have liked to not see it). Will definitely stay again

The Ledges

House wasn’t ready at checking, cleaner and dirty rad left on night stand in master bedroom, miscellaneous items under sofa (still there), sleeps 6-8 but there’s only seating for 4-5, broken dinner plate. The area rug in the living room is a major tripping hazard, one edge is curled up. The bbq was filthy! The patio furniture was all stacked up and not set up for us to use. The windows looking into the backyard were covered in smears… hand prints and dog slobber?

We are sorry if you experienced these issues. While we do our best to insure every guest stay is enjoyable and the property is in excellent condition, we sometimes may miss something. Nearly every review we have is positive including the cleanliness of the home. Because we know that exceptions can occur, as part of check in instructions we request that we be notified within 2 hours of check in relating to cleaning or any other issues and insure a prompt response to resolve the situation immediately. We make our best effort to have the home ready for check in. Sometimes we have guests that do not depart on time without prior authorization which delays our ability to prepare for the next guest. In this situation, there was a 1 hour delay. We were not notified at any point during this guests stay of any issues posted in this review. Had we done so, we would have promptly sent someone to address any issues or concerns. The home lists that it SLEEPS 8. There are pictures of every room in the house so renters can see all accommodations. While the sofa and the side chair seat 4, there are 2 benches that seat 3 each, 2 chairs and 3 stools located less than 5 feet from the entertainment area for additional seating. The patio furniture is conveniently set up under the covered patio, we ask guests to put the pool lounge chairs under the converted patio for safe keeping and to keep the chairs free from excess dirt and debris when checking out of the property. We sincerely offer and apologize for any inconvenience and would have hoped to have been contacted to resolve any issues before receiving a bad review without having had a chance to first address the situation. Disappointing

Our stay began with the owner being at the property when we arrived, and a large RV sitting in front of the property where she was staying, which felt as though there was a news crew out front. The jacuzzi was broken and I was notified the day that our stay was starting. The pool was not heated and the jacuzzi was not in working order the entire time of our stay. The owner said that it was being fixed that week, however the pool cleaner said it had been broken for several weeks. Obviously no intention of fixing the jacuzzi and the property was clearly misleading on it's advertising. It was the ONLY reason I rented that house was for the private hot tub and pool. The property should also state that there are dogs that live there, as my daughter is allergic and had a reaction. On top of that, there's barking dogs next door with a very nosy rude neighbor. The place is run down and not clean, apparently there's been a relative living there for a year, and it hasn't been rented. It shows. It's dark and grimy feeling. The owner sent me a scathing text saying that I cancelled my reservation mid way through my stay and didn't pay for my stay, which I didn't do, and she was mistaken and it was HER issue with VRBO. She was paid in full. The chaise lounges that were on out by the FREEZING pool and not so hot tub were old and sun damaged and ripped when we sat down in them. She is charging us for them. Then she proceeded to pick through our trash and send us pictures of what was in our trash. Honestly, this was by far the worst experience I have ever had renting a house.

I’m sorry you were disappointed in your stay. We made you aware of the hot tub situation before your arrival date. Unfortunately the part was delayed because of the virus and we made every effort to fix the situation including offer you an extra night stay, or a $30 credit per night and we also provided you with access to another community pool which you did use. The RV in front of the house was an emergency situation. Friends from out of the country were notified they needed to return home as soon as possible due to the virus and needed a place to park overnight before their flight the next day out of Vegas. The RV was parked on a public street however when we received your complaint we had them move the RV further down the road. We were quite disappointed that given the very unusual situation that we received your complaint , about a vehicle parked on a public street We were surprised to find several issues after your departure. Two of our pool chaise lounges were ripped, and they were not reported. Additionally, one of the robes was stained beyond our ability to clean it with hair dye that was used while staying at our home. We found an excessive amount of empty liquor and beer trash and found that a case of wine that was stored in the back of a closet was completely drank. The empty case of wine was left in the dumpster. Despite us trying to resolve the situation to the best of our ability Including offering a credit back to you, an alternative pool location etc, we are sorry that you felt your stay was unacceptable. We have had nothing but very positive reviews as well as being a super host. I’m sorry our efforts were not acceptable to you. To anyone reading this review, please read all of our other reviews about our home, the accomodations, the cleanliness etc reported by every other guest

Superlative Stay

My girlfriend and I stayed at the property as part of an exploration of Zion and other Southern Utah attractions. We were very pleased with the accommodations: Spotless in terms cleanliness, a fully stocked kitchen, convenience to the highway and very quiet. The house living area is spacious and we also took advantage of the outside grilling area. It was a nice touch to have an extra propane tank available, as poor grill health and/or lack of propane is a recurring problem at VRBOs. Jen also was very responsive to the few questions we had, and the house felt very secure. We'd happily stay here again and recommend the property to others.

Beautiful Spacious Home

This is a beautiful home. It’s a ways out of town but we didn’t mind. Nice and quiet area with a small cooling off pool to beat the heat. The house was super clean and well stocked for cooking, pool towels, shampoo, laundry stuff etc. There were rice of us and we had plenty of room to spread out. The only problem we had was there was no book with instructions when we got there with Wi-Fi information or house rules etc. I reached out to the property manager and did have to ask twice and let her know we never received the email or directions. She did let us know they were working on a new book because the last one got ruined. And just sent the password for Wi-Fi so we had to figure out on our own which one belonged to the house so our college student could do school. We felt the check out list was a bit much being that you pay a bit to stay as well as a cleaning fee for a service to come clean. We have no problem cleaning up, taking out trash and leaving towels in laundry but asking guests to strip beds and wash towels is to much. We rent vacation homes very frequently for travel and have never been asked to wash towels with bleach, do all the pool towels and strip beds. Minor thing I guess. Didn’t ruin our trip. Just a lot to ask of travelers who are in and out trying to pack up and leave.

After being delayed 5 hours by the owner for our check-in time (in order for her to apparently clean) , we arrived to a house that was completely inhabitable due to the owner’s personal items (clothes, boxes, cleaning supplies throughout the house), absolutely filthy conditions and the owner with her two dogs still occupying the premises. In shock, we simply took pictures and had to leave at a late hour in the night after a long day of travel to find alternative accommodations for us and our friends and family for the remainder of our stay in UT. I was participating in the World’s Ironman Championships in St. George and the fact this accommodation was not available as planned certainly disrupted our whole trip. Our friends and family who had planned on staying with us also had to rearrange their accommodations. Huge disappointment as the owner had us believing the property would be available for our stay and she was obviously not honest nor transparent with the situation. I would never recommend anyone to stay at any property this particular owner posts for rent. I feel I was deceived and hurt. So very disappointed.

Such a great house

I really loved this house, I think it would be so great for multiple couples because all 3 bedrooms are on completely separate ends of the house so great for privacy! The yard was great beautifully landscaped and we saw tons of butterflies and lizards! I couldn’t get the jacuzzi to work but that totally could have been a me thing! And the pool is small but is perfect for just floating around or a small child jumping in and out. I was there with two kids and all 3 of us used it at the same time, just floated around and enjoyed the sunshine! I should say it mentions that there’s leftover stuff… there’s plenty of salt! Lol I also bought seasoning jic and it was not needed!

Perfect adults only getaway

Rented this property with another couple to escape our children for a few days. The pool was our favorite hang out on the property. Absolutely perfect for what were looking for. First was responsible and made the process a breeze, everything was exactly as described.

This home is located in a beautiful golf course community. Most of the homes in the area are 2nd homes for the owners so it is very private and is located on a private street with very little traffic.

The home is beautifully furnished, and has commercial grade appliances.

Located one mile to the entrance of Snow Canyon State Park. The community feels like a resort community rather than in a suburban home.

The home has a private in-ground pool and hot tub. There is a covered patio with table and chairs in the back yard great for getting out of the heat. Heating for the hot tub is included, however heat to the pool is available for a $50.00 per day fee.

Beautiful front courtyard to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or for a little peace and quiet away from the pool area which can be loud if you or your guests are enjoying the pool. From the front courtyard you have beautiful views of Snow Canyon.
