Enjoy the breathtaking mountain views of Bear Mountain at The Outdoors Inn. This Moonridge home is perfect for a barbecue on the deck among the treetops. You'll have everything you need at your fingertips at this dream location conveniently located in the heart of Big Bear. Just a short drive to popular restaurants, shops, ski resorts, and lake.

LIVING SPACE - Comfortable 1100+ sq ft home with living room, TV, dining area, wood burning stove, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.

ROOMS & BEDS - 2 bedroom plus loft, 2.5 bath. The entry level first bedroom has a queen bed. The entry level second bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed. The loft has a queen bed and private bath.

KITCHEN - Full kitchen with stove/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and more.

AMENITIES - Board games, card games, TV with Roku, and fast WiFi.

OUTDOORS - Mountain views, a BBQ for all your grilling needs, and a picnic style table for dining al fresco.

PARKING - 3 car driveway
During extreme weather conditions, you will need to park at the bottom of the driveway to avoid your car from sliding down. (PLEASE BE AWARE THERE IS A STEEP DRIVEWAY. 4X4 MAY BE NECESSARY DURING WINTER MONTHS)

This is a lovely cabin in a quiet neighborhood. The deck is high up and screened by trees, making it a private place to read or just enjoy the beautiful weather. The bedrooms are comfortable, the loft bedroom is lovely with its view out the huge front windows and its own bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped with its dishwasher, gas stove, and more than enough dishes. My girlfriend, dog and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return next year!

Unbearably hot in the afternoon until sundown. To start, it needs better blinds -- that work.

Cute cabin but could use updates!

Stained carpets and rugs, front door screen needs to be replaced, bedroom screen not installed properly, and slider door could use blinds to block direct sunlight. The cabin seems better suited for a winter stay and not so much for summertime. With just a few updates this vacation rental could be very nice!

Disappointed

My family was looking forward to this short Big Bear Vacation. Upon arrival at 8:30pm, we did not have access to the property. The driveway, pathway, front door and porch were all completely blocked from snowfall 2 days prior. We had no choice but to attempt to shovel a place to park and access to the door while waiting for maintenance to arrive. Nothing was sanded and was left slick and very dangerous. The second day I called maintenance due to the overwhelming smell of propane. Maintenance arrived only to tell me that property management would contact me for a resolution. Nothing was done about it. We checked out and will not reserve this cabin in the future.

Comfortable, Great Views & Excellent Customer Service

This home offered a beautiful views that we couldn't and a perfect layout to comfortably accommodate our group of five adults and our furry companion. The neighborhood was quiet and provided a sense of tranquility to our stay. The Property Management team exceeded our expectations. They were incredibly responsive, addressing any questions or concerns we had quickly and professionally. Their attentiveness truly added to our overall positive experience. This property not only met but exceeded our expectations, making it a perfect choice for a relaxing getaway!

Magnificent stay with one small note

This place was lovely and homey. Plenty of room for my family of 5. Extra blankets for us to curl up under and access to Netflix (signed in to my own account). It was a very good distance from Bear Mountain resort where we did some snow boarding. It snowed and we had a gorgeous view of the falling flakes from the double story windows. My one small note is THERE WAS NO COFFEE POT. There is a coffee machine and no pot. We brought all our own supplies for coffee and we were able to use the machine by standing next to it and holding the gate open with a spoon as it brewed, filling cup after cup directly from the machine. We could have used the tea pot to pour the fresh coffee into, but the lid did not open. Note wood and lighter were not provided by the cabin, so we had to provide our own. Please just buy a coffee pot for this location. Overall lived our stay and would 100% stay again.

I stayed with my wife over the weekend. The cabin was great. Here are a few suggestions. - Carpet stains should be cleaned - King size bed in the loft would be a great addition
