Piscine, terrasse d'observation et palmiers

Nous sommes situés à environ 14 miles au sud de Hilo et à 300 'de l'océan. Lorsque vous entrez dans la porte d'entrée, vous êtes accueilli avec une belle vue sur l'atrium, la piscine et la cour. L'atrium sert de salle à manger et a des plantes vertes tout autour. La cuisine et la chambre d'amis sont d'un côté de l'atrium et la chambre principale et le salon de l'autre.

La chambre principale dispose d'un tout nouveau matelas king-size appelé Premier Hybrid by Copper, Cushion Firm, acheté le 25 avril 2016. Il a 8 'de portes coulissantes en verre face à l'océan. Et la grande salle de bain dispose d'une douche extérieure.

Le salon a un nouveau téléviseur 55 "et le routeur sans fil se trouve ici. Il a une porte coulissante en verre donnant sur l'arrière-cour, mais nous le gardons généralement fermé car il fait face à l'ouest. Et a également des portes françaises doubles ouvrant sur l'atrium.

La cuisine a des comptoirs en granit, des électroménagers noirs et une porte donnant sur l'allée. En plus du micro-ondes et de la cafetière, il y a un mélangeur, un gaufrier, une mijoteuse, une presse française et une friteuse. Nous conserverons également des agrafes dans le garde-manger et des assaisonnements dans l'armoire à épices.

La chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen, 8 'de portes coulissantes en verre, et un bureau et une chaise. La 2e salle de bain a une douche et la laveuse et la sécheuse se trouvent ici.

La piscine est assez grande, 33 'par 17. 5'. Il y a une belle grande terrasse en pierre et un lani couvert. La 3ème salle de bain se trouve ici. Et tout cela est entouré de palmiers qui se balancent. Il est très privé avec des murs de 4 'surmontés de panneaux de ciment décoratifs de 2'.

Près de la porte d'entrée est un escalier en colimaçon qui monte à la terrasse d'observation. Il y a une table et 4 chaises pour manger avec vue.

The Host was very nice and very accommodating. They had a separate water filtration set up next to the sink that was very nice. There was a lot of spices to choose from coffee filters, egg fuel canned items, ice cube trays that were full and ready for use. The hot tub was exceptional and the Crow's Nest was really nice. Overall we had a great time and really enjoyed the home.

Our Hawaiian home away from home

We just loved staying here. We loved the pool, the view, the location, the arrangement with outdoor dining and more. This is our 4th time in this neighborhood and this is our favorite home. We visited many local attractions and restaurants and always enjoyed returning to this home.

Honeymoon stay

We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was the best place we stayed at for the 2 weeks we were here. The place was very cute and clean. We loved the open concept. The lava cliffs were apart of our nightly routine and definitely worth going to see! We can’t wait to come back!

Tranquil and spacious

The photos do not do this place justice. We enjoyed spending a few days at this peaceful, spacious house. Everything we could wish for in a vacation rentals was provided for us. The property is very quiet, and all you hear is bird song and the ocean in the distance. Will be staying here again in the future.

Beautiful home with ocean view! Very clean and kitchen had everything you might want to cook. Backyard was an oasis! Quiet and peaceful area to explore east side of island. What a beautiful house and location. The pool was AMAZING! 5/5 stars. Only thing that happened was the hot tub was broken. Owner tried to get a part to fix it but hey this this the big island puna. Nothing happens fast there. Did not really effect our stay as the pool was 87 deg even at night. Will definitely stay again!!

Amazing Home!!!

The photos and the description just don’t do it justice. This place was absolutely amazing. Beautiful pool/lanai area was totally private. Home was in amazing condition and had everything and anything you could ever need. Perfect place for a couple or two couples getting away. The location is about 20 minutes south of Hilo. Totally isolated and perfect for someone looking to just unwind and relax.

The property was wonderful. Very private and quiet. The gardens are lovely and the layout of the house is unique. My sons and I loved the pool and the lanai. We’d have dinner or breakfast out on the lanai. Definitely will stay again. Hilo is the only place for stores and places to eat and that was a 25 minute drive. We bought food from Walmart and cooked at the house.

Walking through the front door and seeing that beautiful atrium felt like walking into paradise! Our stay here was by far the best property we've stayed at. And that is saying a lot because we've been to the island's 7 times now. This place is super secluded and private. It is stocked with everything you would need and then some in a house. Honeymoon in Paradise Park

This vrbo was amazing! I’ve never seen a house quite like it. You walk in the front door, directly into an open atrium & then the beautiful backyard full of plants, flowers, and fruits! Not to mention the beautiful pool and hottub. The house is split into two both sides include a bedroom, one with the kitchen, the other with the living room! Both sides well stocked with everything you could need for your stay indoors or outdoor beach activities. Highly recommended!

45th anniversary

This place is amazing. Very private and quiet. You have a very private pool in an absolutely gorgeous back yard, located in a quiet friendly neighborhood. Ocean view from the eagle nest on the roof of the covered lanai. Unique, beautiful, well-appointed home. AC in the bedrooms, outdoor shower in the master bedroom is fantastic. We purchased the property in 1999. With the help of Don and Lynn, designer-architect-contractor, and a few idea's of my own, we came up with amazing home. And when we were broke and needed landscaping we turned to the cheapest thing around, palm trees. And what a beautiful thing that turned out to be!
