Bridgecroft Cottage

Ideally situated in the heart of Richmond a lovely fresh and modern Hamptons style two bedroom cottage. Richmond is the ideal location to base yourself for a few days to explore the south of Tasmania.

Comprising 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and separate toilet - our cottage is suited to a family or two couples. The small court yard has an outdoor setting and BBQ. The kitchen has a stove, electric oven, automatic coffee machine, laundry trough, ironing board and iron, and all the usual kitchen utensils and gadgets.

There is also free WiFi, Netflix and baby prota cot and high chair.

There is parking available in the carport at the rear of the building, in the front garden and also on-street (no charge). There is also an electric vehicle (EV) charger free of charge to guests.

Bridgecroft Cottage, Richmond

We had a very enjoyable 3 days stay at the cottage based in the lovely village of Richmond. The cottage is beautifully appointed and the owner Andrew provided options for our breakfasts. Its 20 minutes drive from Hobart and made a great base to explore the surrounding area. We will definitely book here again when we return to Tasmania.

Amazing property in Richmond

We stayed 7 nights in total. Can not fault this property. Perfect for my adult daughter and myself. Two very comfortable, spacious bedrooms, good bathroom and kitchen facilities, and very comfortable living area. Very pretty garden to look out on with the roses in full bloom. Perfect location, walkable to everything we needed locally, beautiful river walk. A car is a must for independence. Very easy area to drive around and plenty of places to explore. Perfect place for a peaceful and restful holiday which is what we wanted. Thankyou Sharon and Andrew, will definitely be recommending this property, and we are planning to return, hopefully next year.

Above expectations

If you are after a home away from home then look no further, this cottage is for you. Beautiful Hamptons cottage located wonderfully close to everything Richmond has to offer. But would also make for a great base if wanting to do further travel around Hobart. Was ideal for my family with 2 young children. The added extras definitely don't go unnoticed and really make you feel right at home. Highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Andrew and Sharon for providing us with the perfect little cottage for our weekend away.

If I could give a rating of 500/5 for cleanliness I would. This place is immaculate. Brilliant location, everything you could need, comfy beads, friendly hosts. Our 13 year old did not want to leave.
