Good central location

Property was in a good central location to accommodate our weekend activities and the property manager was extremely helpful with answering questions and making sure the stay was good for our group.

Our guest contact was spot on with any questions or needs within minutes. Close to Nashville with no hassle driving. Quiet neighborhood. Would love to see some outdoor sitting to enjoy the beautiful decks, summer sounds and non-AC air.

Great place!

Our host graciously let us check in early! The home is very close to the airport. The bedrooms all had comfy beds and flat screens. Air conditioning worked great in all of the rooms. We had a good time playing cards on the outside deck. Kitchen was stocked well , Decor was fun and the home very clean. could use a larger pan but we used the griddle a lot Would stay here again and we all absolutely loved Nashville!

Enjoyed our Stay

We enjoyed renting this property for the weekend. It was available on short notice, and from looking at some of the other reviews, just about everything mentioned has been fixed. We appreciated all the modern features of this home, and would stay here again. The only thing was that there was only shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in one bathroom and we would have had to share those travel size bottles among 6 people if one person didn’t bring body wash. Other than that, everything else was great!

Driveway was hidden with over grown trees and super steep hill getting up and out of the parking area was hard with it being on gravel rocks

Working with Omar and Evolve has been easy and efficient! Check-in and check-out was a breeze and Omar replied in a timely manor to my messages. The location is great, with Grand Ole Opry/ the mall 15 mins one way, and Broadway 15 mins the other way! I do have to say, the floors should be mopped soon! Our feet got dirty pretty quickly. Overall, this house served its purpose, and the process was smooth. I would book here again

Not very clean

The updates to the house were sub-par meaning the craftsmanship of the updates was very poor. The bedding was far from clean! A lot of "junk" laying around in the backyard, and for having a big outside deck... absolutely no outdoor furniture.

Good quality house for a small group!

We had a great stay at this property! The kitchen/living room is a great social area and the house comfortably slept 6 people in three bedrooms. The futon was available to be slept on however was not very comfortable. There were extra blankets to be used for the futon. There were only a couple of minor issues during our stay, one being a noisy air conditioner in one of the bedrooms. The house was also pretty empty and there weren’t many kitchen necessities. We had to buy hand soap, garbage bags, and paper towel. There also wasn’t any dishwasher soap, so make sure to pack those things for your stay! Overall a great weekend and a good quality property :)

Would not recommend this property to ANYONE. the beds were DIRTY. there was mold EVERYWHERE. the air conditioners don’t work. there was coffee grounds all over the couch upon arrival. the house smells like mildew. we took this trip to nashville because my mom has cancer so it was a getaway, but we couldn’t even enjoy it because we were too worried about all of the mold- she can’t afford to be sick.

We wanted to share the following in response to your review: - We use a professional cleaning company to prepare the home between guests. They clean and sanitize the entire home and prepare the beds with fresh bedding for each guest's stay - They checked the A/C units and found they are all in proper working order. We encourage guests to reach out if they have issues operating the units and we would be happy to assist - Our local team also checked for mold and found none, however, they did think that the black caulking used around the property could have been mistaken for mold - We will pass along your feedback to the cleaners so they can look into the items you mention and address them for future guests. Overall we enjoyed our stay. We came to Nashville to visit my daughter who lives here in a small apartment. Overall the kitchen was adequately stocked I would have liked to see a baking pan like a 9x9 or 9x13. The dishwasher cleaned the dishes well but didn’t dry them. On the initial site it showed 3 chairs at the kitchen table but there was only 2 so the 3 of us couldn’t sit together at the table to eat or play games. There were 2 kitchen towels but nothing to wipe the countertops with. (I used the 2nd hand towel). More instructions regarding the “food freezer” might have been helpful. We had no access to a broom or dustpan which would have been nice. It was difficult to control the temperature. No one ever answered my texts during the stay and when I called no one answered and it went to voicemail which was full. There was a dirty paper towel in my top bedside table drawer and someone else’s shoes under my bed otherwise it seemed clean. There really weren’t enough washcloths/face cloths. Adequate towels for my son and I but not for six people. Instructions regarding garbage and linens were different on line and at the location. The view off the deck was nice but the property needs to be picked up. The heater in the big bedroom didn’t work and the laundry room and back bathroom very cold.

Not a House and property is poorly kept on the outside!

We complained to property management about house being so unkept, there was garbage everywhere on the property and tenants downstairs were not well kept. The deck is the only area in the back to go and there was bees everywhere! The property manager was very helpful and kind but the owner of the house somehow got our phone number and called us and threatened us told us we did not have a right to complain to property management and said we need to get the F out of his house asap ..... we did not have to leave as we were paid for but when you have your children with you, your not going to take the chance of someone that unprofessional to do something! So needless to say we were refunded but we were stuck in a parking lot in the middle of the night until we were rebooked to a new property. Please do not rent from this guy. They should take the main description of this property and put apartment not house until you read full description. Also it was not easy being rebooked through vrbo we ended up having to come out of pocket for hotel and waiting on the refund still after a week! They did put us into other places at no cost but instead of just putting us into another house we had to stay at 4 different places for our week vacation, a lot of moving around especially with children! Worst vacay ever but you live and learn we will never rent something that cheap again not worth it ! Again owner of this house should not be allowed to have his house on vrbo !

Not a fully functioning kitchen

We were first surprised by the steps that was not disclosed. We had a handicap person with us that struggled to even get in the property. The dish washer was disgusting to the point that we hand washes everything we used to make sure it was clean. And there was not a fully functioning kitchen as far as dishwear and utensils. We had to go buy knives just so we could eat one of our dinners. And the one mixing bowl was not very helpful while trying to cook dinner. We were disappointed in the lack of kitchen supplies I had to use bath towels as a kitchen towel because there was none

Drove from Chicago to Nashville and needed code to get in to property. Left voicemail and messages for property owner and never got a response all the way past check in time. Forced to cancel booking after arriving in Nashville and no place to stay! Very lucky to find another home to rent at last minute. We did get all our money refunded

You get what you pay for.

My family and I were very disappointed with this property. The steep driveway was not mentioned in the property location. I killed 2 roaches (in the bedroom and in the main bathroom). The master bedroom bedsheets had hair in them, so there's no way they were washed. The dishwasher was dirty with mold and food. The stove was dirty and there was a used K-cup in the Kerig machine. The grill on the counter had grease drippings, so it was dirty too. The towels and wash cloths were dingy and not clean looking. There was one trash bag in the waste can, but no other trash bags in the house. I believe a refund is in order because this was definitely not the experience we expected. I would NOT rent this property again.
