Welcome to The Guesthouse Nashville! Enjoy a private stay in a quiet neighborhood just 6.7 miles to Kid Rock’s Honky Tonk and 14 miles to BNA. This stay has easy access to I-40. Please remember that you will be staying in a neighborhood, so we require that all guests respect the homes around them.

The perfect space for a getaway for two to one of the hottest U.S. destinations!

This studio has a full bath and full kitchen. The sleeping area includes a queen bed, desk with chairs, and TV featuring Roku streaming (including Hulu, Netflix, ESPN+, Disney+, and HBO Max). A washer and dryer is also included along with toiletries, cold drinks, and snacks. The outside area showcases a tin roof covered patio with lighting and picnic table for outside eating as well as bistro seating for your morning cup of coffee.

One of the best assets is the proximity to downtown with the guesthouse being a short 6 Miles to Broadway with many restaurants and stores within walking distance. The area has no shortage of Lyft and Ubers and our street also offers a bus stop that travels straight to downtown.

Perfect Guesthouse

This was such a great property and communication with Devon was excellent! Clean, the outside property was tidy and so nice. Very clear instructions for parking and getting in the guesthouse. I will definitely be saving this location to stay here again.

Perfect location and good privacy

I stayed for 5 days doing a outdoor training course through sun, cold, heat, and thunderstorms for 9 hours a day. I looked forward to coming home to the peace and quiet in this small ( but not too small) guesthouse. The hostess was responsive and flexible with my schedule and request. I would definitely stay again..

I can’t recommend this 1-bedroom B&B in Nashville enough! From the moment we arrived, the experience was nothing short of perfect. The location is unbeatable—close to all the must-see spots yet nestled in a quiet neighborhood that made for a peaceful retreat.Meeting the owners was such a treat! They were incredibly welcoming and their adorable little baby was the cherry on top. They went above and beyond, providing us with fantastic recommendations for sights and dining that truly enhanced our trip.The accommodations were cozy and inviting. The bed was incredibly comfortable, making it hard to leave in the morning. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with a variety of drinks and snacks, perfect for grabbing on the go or enjoying after a day of exploring.This B&B is easily a 5-star experience, and I would rate it even higher if I could! We will absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Nashville. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

Great getaway

Surprised my boyfriend with a trip to Nashville for his birthday and this was the perfect place to stay. It was clean and cozy perfect for the two of us. Devon was absolutely amazing to work with. She was super friendly and accommodating due to our flight being cancelled the first day of our stay. She was also very responsive. If you’re looking for a cute getaway this is the place it’s close to broadway and the snacks and bottled water set this place apart from the rest. We can’t wait to go back and stay here again!

First Time To Nashville

This was mine and my husband's first trip to Nashville and the Grab and Go Guesthouse was PERFECT!!! The location is outside of the busy Bradway but perfectly located to either drive or Uber downtown in no time at all. Devon and her husband were wonderful hosts. Anything we ever needed was quickly responded to and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. If and when we return to Nashville I will be staying here if at all possible. From the covered picnic table area to the private back yard this was a dream of a stay. It was absolutely perfect for the 2 of us. I would recommend this property to any couple. The "Grab and Go" breakfast options were such a nice touch and a life saver when we were headed out in a rush. Thank you for hosting us and we hope to return one day!

Perfect spot!

We came to Nashville for a weekend getaway and this was the perfect place to stay!! Close enough to downtown to have fun, but far enough away that it was quiet!

Clean and comfortable

Devon's little house was comfortable and had all I needed for my weekly trip for work. I enjoyed the snacks she provided and felt right at home. I keep checking for availability here because I would love to stay again!

This place was small but great for 2 people! My cousin and I stayed here for 1 night this weekend. Devon messaged us to make sure we made it okay and even warned us about a storm coming our way. Devon was also very attentive and stated if we had any question to message her. If I were to stay in Nashville again, I’d stay here again! Thanks for having us!
