Welcome to Pigeon Forge Retreat! This amazing 9 bedroom cabin is located in the heart of Pigeon Forge and just minutes from Dollywood, Gatlinburg and The Great Smoky National Park! Boasting furnishings and amenities such as a mountain view, game room, hot tub, wifi throughout the cabin, parking for 5 vehicles and more, you will surely find that Pigeon Forge Retreat is the perfect Smoky Mountain getaway you’ve been searching for!

MAIN LEVEL:
Entry level offers a sitting room with a sleeper sofa and futon where you can relax in front of a two sided gas fireplace and watch TV or try your luck at a game of foosball. There is also an extra refrigerator in this area. Enter the spacious kitchen, which has a bar that will seat 4 and a dining room with two tables that will seat a total of 12. Gather in the living room where there are two futons and watch your favorite movie on the DVD player in front of the two sided gas fireplace.
Step onto the deck and enjoy the mountain view in the rocking chairs or relax in the hot tub.
There are 3 bedrooms on this level. Bedroom one has a queen bed and TV and across the hall is a full bath with a standup shower. Bedroom two has a king bed with a bedside jacuzzi, TV, and an attached bath with a standup shower. Bedroom three has a queen bed with a bedside jacuzzi, TV, and an attached bath with a standup shower. There is also a washer and dryer on this level for your convenience .

UPPER LEVEL:
Travel upstairs where you will find a game lovers paradise, which features a pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, and two arcade games. There is also a small kitchen with a sink, mini fridge, and a microwave or sit back on the sleeper sofa in front of the gas fireplace and watch a movie. There are six bedrooms on this level. Two bedrooms have a queen bed, TV, and an attached bath with a standup shower and two bedrooms have a queen bed, bedside jacuzzi, TV, and an attached bath with a standup shower. There is one bedroom with a set of twin bunk beds and an attached full bath with a tub/shower and one bedroom with a set of twin bunk beds and across the hall is a full bath with a standup shower.

Rip off!
This property was misrepresented in the ad. It claimed “lotsa parking and sleeps 23. There’s no way you could park enough cars for 23 people there. The grill was 2’x2’ cheap charcoal grill. No way to cook for 10 people let alone 23. The cabin was dirty. All the furniture was sticky and rickety. One tv worked out of ten or twelve. No batteries in remotes, not enough hot water for the showers. Windows broken, refrigerators had no icemakers and one didn’t get cold enough to make ice. No aerators in sinks so water blasted everywhere. Trash everywhere around bushes and landscaping hadn’t been trimmed in years. Pictures of cabin had to be old. The cabin was way more dated than shown in ad. Very disappointed!

Not at all what was expected
The cabin location was excellent. The cabin was not as described. It needs to be updated and a lot needs to be fixed. The hot tub did not work, the furniture was out dated and cabinets were broken. I contacted Timber Tops on Friday about the hot tub and tvs not working didn’t get a service guy out until late Saturday. He was very nice and wasn’t able to fix hot tub. This cabin was spacious for our family. The water did not stay hot long in showers they need a bigger water heater, the refrigerators did not get cold. I will be contacting Timber Tops because the money that was paid for this rental wasn’t worth it and not being able to use the amenities that were paid for is just not acceptable. The owner of this cabin needs to do a lot of updating windows, outside and inside furniture. I wouldn’t recommend this cabin.

Enjoy all the rioom. The cabin was pretty big. The only thing was the hot tub didn't work while we were there

Terrible
House was dirty. Dryer was broken. Only found out after we started a load of laundry. Outside of the house had trash everywhere. Sinks full of water and clogged up. Lights didn’t work in some rooms. House was not spacious. Rooms are so small that you don’t have anywhere to place your luggage. Cobwebs, spiders, and ants everywhere.
