Great location, great conditions, comfortable spaces. Definitely a great option if you want to stay at Cape Coral. Rogelio is a great host, very responsive and worry about their guests having a good experience.

Beautiful home and great host! Communication was great and home was perfect for my family and I.

Our stay here was great! The home is the perfect size for 3 couples and a dog. Loved the pool and floaters the owners provided. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation Home

This home was beautiful, clean and had everything that we needed. The host was so helpful and responded immediately to our questions. We were close to restaurants, beaches, and shopping. We will definitely be returning again!!!

Nice home

We had a great stay at this property! The home was exactly as described comfortable and well maintained. It had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. What really stood out was how responsive and attentive the owner was throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly and kindly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests’ comfort. We would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a smooth and stress-free stay!

A wonderful family weekend in a beautiful home

We had such a lovely weekend as a family! The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and very charming. We especially enjoyed the private pool — it was a highlight for both kids and adults. Rogelio was always kind and attentive; communication was smooth, always through messages and never intrusive, which made us feel truly at home. The whole experience left us with a warm, homey feeling. We would definitely come back!

Clean convenient get away.

Very clean. We really enjoyed our stay while visiting with are daughter at FGCU. Went to Sanibel Island during our stay and had a great time. Upon arriving the pool was dirty and the property owner was very friendly, responsive, and very apologetic. He got a pool cleaner out the very next day for us. Very pleased.

Beautiful home!

Gorgeous home with a great layout, plenty of space, and lots of amenities! The pool area is wonderful. Bedrooms set up great for families with children, pack and play available as well. Very well kept home, very clean. Rogelio was very responsive, kind and helpful! Easy check in process. I can't recommend this property enough!

Jangwook - I’m sorry to hear that my place didn’t meet your standards. I work hard to provide a comfortable and fully-equipped home for all guests. In regards to your specific comment, you might be referring to Palmetto Bugs, which are very common to Florida, and enter homes thru a myriad of ways. My place is well maintained and treated for all kinds of pests regularly.

It was okay!

I did like how is was decorated modern. It was definitely close to all the little restaurants! I’m a person that the details really matter. Bring your own toilet it will hurt if you use what the provide! The master bedroom gets very warm at night there seems to be a struggle with the AC working evenly throughout the house. We would sweat getting ready and sweat sleeping. Couches in living extremely uncomfortable. Lawn company came with no knowledge flying in the backyard while we were sunbathing. The backyard is not private a good fence put up would change so much! Very very small pool.

La casa luce como mismo en las fotos. De hecho tiene un sofá cama nuevo que no sale en las fotos. Muy limpia. Todo lo que necesitas para la estancia lo tienen. Sábanas y toallas súper limpias. Si volveríamos a la casa si. Nos asignaron un código de entrada. Puedes llegar tarde en la noche que está lista la casa para el check in. En la esquina tiene Publix, Mc Donald y otros negocios. La piscina climatizada desde que llegamos. Rogelio se comunicó temprano y me pregunto si prendía la calefacción…. Gracias !!!!! Gracias por su atension!!!

Bad house

The cleaning service didn’t do much of a job there were hairs all over the sink and bed. One of the bed was broken which made my sleeping time horrible.The air conditioner did not make the place cold at all
