We had a wonderful stay. The location is breathtaking, and the house is large and spacious. Everything was exactly as described. The host was very kind and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place!

We had a wonderful 5 nights here over Christmas 2025. The house accommodated 7 of us so comfortably and life on the river was an incredible experience for us all. We would highly recommend a stay at 9.

Delightful getaway

Relaxing weekend a world away from the city yet only 15mins from Hornsby. In our case it was a perfect winter getaway for 3 couples.

This is a great property in perfect condition. Very modern with all the conveniences and luxuries you expect for a relaxing break and enjoyable time on the water very well managed and well equipped for all water activities.

Fabulous location!

Absolutely loved our 3 day stay. Plenty of room for our party of 8, the house was amazing and really well provisioned. Elly was so easy to communicate with and helpful with instructions and recommendations The location is just amazing and we would definitely stay here again

Magical weekend stay

Our group had a lovely relaxing weekend at Berowra Waters. We enjoyed the kayaks, standup paddle boards and fishing. The property was spacious, clean and comfortable and the view was magical. We can’t wait to have another visit!

Amazing location for a Family Holiday!

Spectacular views. Waterfront with private jetty gave us time for Fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding and so much more activities on the property. Family age range from 21 to 78 all had a fantastic time. Highly recommended.

Tranquil River Escape

Great family holiday in a beautiful location

We had a fantastic weekend away with the family! The location was excellent as it is easily accessible from Sydney. There is lots to do in the area and the house had everything we needed. We really enjoyed sitting on the decks and also using the jacuzzi and the kayaks. Elly was a fabulous host and was really easy to communicate with!

Long weekend

Beautiful house and river setting. Fun and unique to arrive by boat. Rented a bbq boat from the marina for a day exploring the river. Highly recommend this property for a family getaway.

Great family stay

We had a great time staying as an extended family to celebrate a special birthday. The property manager, Col was fabulous and met us at the marina and spent time with us to show us around the property and explain how everything works- he’s a real gem! We had a great lunch at Peats Bite restaurant and their boat picked us up right out front of the property. Our kids enjoyed fishing and swimming off the dock and everyone enjoyed the spa. It was a lovely stay.

Amazing home, phenomenal views

This property was perfect for our family getaway. Relaxing on the deck, trips along the river in the boat, more relaxing on the deck and cosy fire for the nights. Highly recommend.
