Relaxing weekend

The property is very clean and has all items needed for any stay! We've stayed here before during ski season. We decided to come in the fall to escape Phoenix heat for hiking and mnt biking at Sunrise.

Awesome Vacation

Property is both Unique and Quirky! Not a good fit for seniors to go up and down stairs for sure! Unlevel upstairs in many areas as well as a constricting tiny bathroom in that area as well. The kids would love it up there but keep in mind the stairs are very loud going up and down. The whole place could not have been stocked more!! Everything you could think of is probably there!! Well stocked!! We did have a sleepless night during our stay due to a dog next door that was put out and left about 1:00 AM. He did continue to bark through the early hours. Overall a very memorable time and lits of Fun can be yours at this property! The outside area is second to none for games and or relaxation!! Our guest host Russel was Amazing from the get go directing us to memorable fun times way before we got into the home! He was amazing!!

The property was as described, and perfect for our young family including a few animals. Plenty of space, and close to everything in and out of town! The property manager was very responsive and helpful as well.

Cozy Family Cabin

We came up for a ski trip with the family. Cabin is close to 260 and 30 min to Sunrise. The cabin had everything we needed, very clean and spacious. We would stay here again!!

Clean and cozy cabin

Cabin was perfect for our family getaway. Had everything we needed to prepare meals and plenty of beds. Pellet heater was a touch. Host was very responsive and handled all questions quickly.

Perfect Getaway

Perfect cabin to get away with your family. Located conveniently to lakes, shopping, etc. So much fun for the kids too.

Family Visit

The property was perfect and very near (blocks) from family I hadn’t seen in 15 years. The young folks slept upstairs, a little too steep for the almost 70 crowd. I was sorry not to very young children with us, as they would have loved the play area in the backyard. If we ever make this trek again from east TN, I would love to stay here again.

Great Escape From Phoenix

Excellent place to escape from the pace of Phoenix. Very clean and quiet. It sits away from the main highway, so you don't hear any traffic. The property had everything you could possibly need.

Perfectly located cabin for outdoor fun and shopping convenience.

I found this cabin for my brother and I to take my kids and dog (Saint) over their spring break. Our goal was to find a quiet cabin with enough lot space for us to play sports around the house, relax by the fire and grill some food. The lot had a large side yard completely fenced in for the dog and a surrounding lot for him to run around on his 100ft dog lead. This was awesome because Saint is a very high energy dog. Our next goal was to find a cabin that was close to fishing, hiking and shooting locations. This cabin was perfect! We found hiking at Big Springs Trailhead which was only a 9 min walk from the cabin. This trail runs all the way to Woodland lake, which provides great fishing opportunities. We also wanted to find a close recreational shooting spot. We checked out The Hub for ammo and questions about local recreational shooting. They provided us with directions to a spot that was only 11 minutes from the cabin. The sleep arrangements were amazing the upstairs hard two rooms with large beds and a bathroom that the kids were quick to call theirs. I chose to stay in the larger downstairs room because it had a back door that went out onto a porch with seating. This was a nice place to sit, drink coffee and read a book. My brother and I also loved that the dinning table flipped over into a poker table. It was nice to be able to set the kids up with a movie by the fire while we played a few hands. It was about 19 degrees outside at night but absolutely perfect temperature during the day. The inside was comfortable with central heating and fireplace options. This cabin also had a instant hot water heater that worked very well, the showers felt amazing. The kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook and grill. The grill looked brand new and was well equipped with propane. The Keurig in the kitchen was also a frequently used commodity. The internet was also very good. We had zero issues streaming movies and zooming with co workers. I am an online teacher so zoom is a necessity. I was able to meet with another teacher and discuss lesson planning with zero internet issues. From start to finish the process was smooth, our check-in was just as seamless as the checkout. No issues arose during our stay and everything worked as expected. All our goals were met for this trip and because everything was so conveniently located and cozy, we have already planned our next visit!
