The home was just as described as in the listing. Super clean and a lovely area. The host was very friendly and made known he could be called on for any reason. Because we didn’t spend that much time at the house, mostly just to sleep, we could have found something a bit more economical but the splurge, for such an area, was a treat!

Family Getaway

Great location for a family getaway. We enjoyed a quick weekend trip to visit our grandkids. The home is in excellent condition and has a huge patio for relaxing in the hot tub, cooking hamburgers, and watching the horses next door. Look forward to staying again and exploring all the area has to offer.

Lovely stay in Lovettsville

We had a great stay at the Morrisonville Manor. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. My group loves to cook, so we were happy to find the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking basics (e.g., oil, spices) and lots of cookware. The house was also very toddler-friendly with a high chair in the pantry and a pack-and-play available on request. The only minor downside was a sulfuric smell when running the faucets - thankfully the fridge had filtered water and ice for drinking, but you'll likely encounter it when you shower or use the sinks. The water's still potable so not a huge issue, but it could be a bit unpleasant. Overall, we had a great stay and would come again!I also highly recommend a visit to the Harpers' Ferry Water Park (about 30min drive away) if you have the time. It's an outdoor inflatable waterpark in a quarry and is lots of fun!

GREAT SPOT

This property is beautiful and fully loaded-- everything you need to have a great time is here. The hosts Ruby and Rich are fantastic and very responsive to any questions and needs. The location is close to many nearby wineries and farms-- very convenient to Leesburg and other areas-- I highly recommend this property

Property as advertised

There were 9 adults and 1 baby in our group and the property worked out great for us. The owners had great communication and everything about the home came as advertised. Plenty of room, very clean, and some nice extra touches. We recommend and would stay here again.

Fabulous stay!

Thanks for a wonderful weekend! The property was perfect, we were two families of 4 and it was spacious, clean, modern, had great amenities with the hot tub and fire pit, perfect for our winter getaway, they even made sure it showed when we came:) Rich and Ruby were very helpful and responsive, and came to shovel and clear off the snow too. We would definitely recommend them and would come back too!

Amazing House in N Virginia

Our family and friends travelled to Lovettsville to celebrate our son's wedding and needed a large house to accommodate 8+ people. This house exceeded all of our expectations. Beautiful inside and out, and in a perfect location. Would definitely consider again next time we come out if we have a large group.

Amazing House!

We loved our stay at Morrisonville Manor! The house is beautiful and very spacious - so much open space to gather and large bedrooms. Everything was well-stocked and very clean. Rich and Ruby were such great hosts - easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! The house is located pretty close to many wineries, shops, and dining - about a 20-25 minute drive which was great for our group.

Amazing jewel in Virginia!

I had the privilege of staying at this amazing property in May. It has comfortable, beautiful interiors including a state of the art kitchen and open floor plan. The master bedroom has a wonderful bed and attached en-suite. Small personal touches throughout the home, including coffee maker in the master, make this home standout amongst the competition. I will definitely stay here again!
