Enjoy the privacy of this great three bedroom vintage Cape Cod home that features a large private yard, plenty of parking and is only a short walk to a uncrowded neighborhood beach, playground, and art center. This seacoast neighborhood is a walkers delight. The first level has a living room, dining room, kitchen, sunny spacious deck and a fantastic screened in porch. The upstairs has three bedrooms. BR#1 - Queen, BR # 2 - 2 Twins, BR#3 - 2 Twins. The house has one bathroom with a tub and also includes an outdoor shower. Enjoy a strong WiFi signal and Cable TV. This quiet property in the middle of a wonderful family neighborhood is less than 10 miles to downtown Falmouth and Falmouth Harbor with daily ferrys to Martha's Vineyard. Only 2 miles away is the Shining Sea Bike Path which is a picturesque 10.6 mile ride to Woods Hole. Miniature Golf, Ice Cream Shops and some of the best Restaurants on Cape Cod are also close by. ****Saturday to Saturday Rentals **** $175 Reservation Fee and Taxes will be added to rental Rate. ****PETS ARE WELCOME ****

Quaint Cape cottage

Cottage is tucked away with ample parking. Short walk to a lovely cove ideal for kayaking or paddle boarding. Nearby bike rentals for a fun ride down to Woods Hole. Nice yard for dogs to play in.

Perfect summer cabin

Summer cabin with everything you need— outdoor shower (bring light if you want to shower at night) large grass backyard for awesome games of wiffleball or football, grill and fire pit. Has ac in two bedrooms and fans, comfortable living room and great screened in back porch. Comes with the little things you didn’t know you need until you do. Everything well thought of. Great for families— thin walls so best to know everyone 😊. Enjoy!

Old Cape style property with tranquil surroundings

What a find!!!! If you are looking for granite countertops and jacuzzis in the bathrooms then this place is not for you. BUT
if you are looking for a property and home with an “old Cape Cod” feel and a property that allows one to truly relax and just enjoy the local beaches, a lobster boil in the yard and a game of whiffle ball with your family
all of which generate wonderful family memories then this is the property for you. My family of 5 and my elderly parents absolutely loved our stay in this “no frills” but “simple” home. We cooked in, grilled quahogs in the back yard and did a full New England clam bake on our last night
all cooking supplies needed were provided, and we needed for nothing. The outdoor shower is absolutely amazing and our family used it for our post beach washes as well as evening showers under the stars. The neighborhood of Cataumet is quiet and close knit with a vibe of the way Cape Cod used to be prior to the mega mansions
truly reminiscent of a simpler time. In all, we thoroughly enjoyed our visit and all that this property had to offer. Again, if you require central air, freshly stained teak and silk sheets then keep looking. If you are in search of a simple stay where the focus is on an evening of playing checkers on the screened in porch or sipping a gin and tonic at the walk to beach as you watch the sun set then just do it
and book this place
you won’t regret it
and your family will thank you for the quality time spent together.
