Hi Karen, I am so happy to hear that you had an overall delightful experience staying at my beach condo. The kitchens in Maushop Village are designed to be small but I installed all new, stainless steel high quality appliances for those who enjoy cooking. The dishware in the cupboards are always available for use and generally are not used very often as guests like to explore local restaurants and food fare while they are on vacation. The road behind my unit is a 2 lane road used mainly for Maushop guests. The road is set back a bit because you have a beautiful lush green backyard space to enjoy with family & friends. The noise of cars is a first for me. No one has ever complained of traffic noise.

Hi Ed, I am sorry to hear you were so disappointed. First of all, AC units are not allowed in Maushop Village. They are too noisy and do not fit in with the quiet, serene and quaint village culture the community likes to preserve. My unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 people. My living room sofa is a sofabed that pulls out and can sleep two adults easily. Perhaps you choose not to use it and that is of course your choice. I also have double sized bunk beds that can sleep up to four guests (sorry, but not only for small children). Then I have a master suite upstairs perfect for a couple to use with its own private bathroom. So technically, it can sleep up to 8 people but I limit it to 6 because it is a small space. I have two very high end ceiling fans that provide plenty of cool air into the unit. In addition, I have some shade from a tree so the direct sun is not on top of my unit. I have never had anyone complain about the space be​ing tight or lack of airflow. Perhaps it did not meet your high expectations and I suppose you can't please all people all the time but I recommend my viewers to read my previous 5/5 star reviews to get an accurate sense of my property.

Hi Carolyn, I have never encountered a renter like you. You called me so many many times to complain about trivial issues. Also, you have written so many lies in your review about what actually transpired between us. You knew I do not have an AC unit as advertised on VRBO. Why did you rent a unit that you knew did not have AC? Given this, my housekeeper told me you used my window fans that I provide to my renters in addition to the high end ceiling fans that provide good air and ventilation. My grill grates were used by previous renters and they were fine. Rarely is it used but if someone wants to grill, they typically use toppers. No one has ever complained about them. You continued to persist in ann unreasonably angry tone and then I offered to purchase and send you new grates to make you happy and to stop the constant influx of calls from you, but you still refused. You were not satisfied with anything and relentlessly messaged me, even very late one night and woke me up from my sleep. I had renters stay the week before you and had zero issues. I think this review is unfair because you are lying. I messaged you on Wednesday and asked if everything was okay and you replied that it was. Then I did not hear back from you again. Nothing satisfied you. I would be happy to share the text messages we exchanged with any future renter to show what actually happened. I also wrote a review about you to VRBO about never renting my condo to someone like you again.

Hi Ilir Lako - so sorry to hear so many complaints from you. I have a great cleaning service. My housekeeper cleans other units in the village and I stand behind her 100%. Sorry it did not meet your extremely high expectations. You called me every, single day with trivial issues and honestly I have never had an experience like this one before. My guests who have stayed at my condo have been extremely satisfied and happy with their stay and my prompt service in answering their questions. Two years ago my unit went through a huge renovation and it is a huge benefit to have all new appliances, updated bathrooms, a new washer dryer, high end ceiling fans at your disposal. But you still were not satisfied. I guess you can’t please all people all the time no matter how hard you try.....

Hi Kara, I am sorry to hear about your concerns for the first time. I clearly advertise the square footage and number of people my condo sleeps so the sleeping arrangements should have come as no surprise to you. I don't think my condo is dark. Some people actually like the fact that it does not get too much direct sunlight as it stays cooler than the other condos in Maushop. And actually, I think it is an added bonus because it does get very hot during the summer months and the cool breeze feels nice when sitting in the patio areas. Also, the road behind my unit is not a main traffic road. It is a small, two lane road and does not get very much traffic. I have a nice sized grassy area with trees in the back so when a few cars do drive by, you can barely hear or see them. As far as organized and polished, I renovated my condo a couple of years ago and it has a fabulous kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, butcher's block wood, a new washer/dryer that my guests have loved. The bathrooms were also renovated. I also try to keep the look very clean and minimal and I personally added details such as the wall lights, high end ceiling fans both in the family room and bedroom. I am actually very proud of the details I added for my guests. So sorry to hear that it did not meet your high standards.
