Really nice!

Villa Verde was perfect! The layout of the house was great, quite clean and the location was perfect for us. We will definitely look to stay here again.

If you rent this property it will be the best thing you have ever done. They thought of everything. It is fully equipped with everything a family needs for an unforgettable vacation. I do not have a single complaint about our stay here. I would stay here if I were to visit the area again.

The place is like brand new ,clean immaculate. Pool looks brand new and the outside area is amazing definitely be back at some point! 5 stars!

House was extremely clean and well stocked. Pool was a little too cool too get in. Pool was very clean. No complaints at all. Neighborhood was nice. If it had a Keurig, it would be perfect. Just my opinion.

Pool was full of tree crap when we arrived on Saturday, really unusable until it was cleaned on Wednesday.Screened porch was very grimy; gas cooktop, kitchen faucet need some attention.There is lots of traffic noise, but that just goes with the location - our fault.

Respite

The property was well maintained, very clean, close to shopping, and within easy reach of all amenities NW Bradenton has to offer. The abundance of security cameras around the outside of the property was a little disturbing, but we found no obvious justification for them, and felt comfortable staying there. Island Dreams (the company managing the property) was easily accessible and very accommodating.

Thank you for the feedback. NW Bradenton is considered a very safe area and although deactivated, owner decided to leave exterior cameras up as a visual deterrent.

Beautiful 😍

Beautiful property!! Everything we could need or want was available to us! Gas, groceries, coffee and food were all very close by! Beaches and amazing restaurants were very close by which was an added bonus! Overall I would have given this beautiful property a 4.75, the ONLY thing that keeps it from getting a 5 star was the master bedroom bed. It was uncomfortable and could not get a good nights sleep. (Maybe a really great mattress topper or a good mattress would make all the difference) If that was fixed I would definitely stay here again without a doubt!!!

Villa verde review

Nice property in convenient location but over-priced. Property manager ( Alex) was cordial, responsive and accommodating. Furnishings quality were below average, as was the kitchen outfitings. We rented for 2 months and requested a free mid-rental housecleaning to no avail. Other properties that we’ve rented provided more/ better accessories ( bicycles, beach cart, etc). All-in-all a nice property in a convenient location but over priced with no long-term rental discount.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. We are disappointed to hear that you felt the furniture were below average. Furnishings are less than 1.5 years old and purchased from major retail stores such as Rooms-To-Go, Kanes etc.. Beach chairs, cooler and umbrella are provided, but no bikes. Questions for a discounted rate and free mid stay cleaning were never asked when the home was reserved via instant booking and we are very transparent that the price only includes a departure cleaning, not weekly or mid stay cleanings. We are always happy to arrange a cleaning for our guests, as we had offered in this instance as well, but unfortunately never heard back.

House met our needs perfect. Very clean and equipped with everything you need to have a great visit.

Excellent house for a weekend with friends

We had a fantastic experience at Villa Verde. The house is even nicer than the photos suggest, very clean, comfortable, well stocked, with a lovely outdoor space. We enjoyed grilling, having dinner outside, and sitting by the fire pit. Alex and his team responded quickly to questions and we had no issues with the house. It was great to have a dishwasher and laundry available too. Everyone slept well in the comfortable beds and quiet rooms. Short drive to the beautiful beaches of Ana Maria Island. We would absolutely stay again!
