Host is easy to communicate with and very prompt! Unit is clean and comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. Bed and sofa bed are comfortable. Very nice with amazing views!

The unit is on the third floor with only steps to get to the door. As an 80 year old luggage handling was a process, but manageable. The laundry is down stairs.

Fully equipped room when we arrived. laundry is also free, detergent provided, stunning view at sunset. I paid I would say considerable amount of money for 2 nights, but 1 sunset worth the price already.

Trip to Golden

After we got settled in we felt comfortable with our temporary home. It was a bit smaller than we anticipated, but it was clean and cozy; good enough for 1-2 people.

Unit was clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive. Not a good view to a very run down house across the street. Booking was for 4 adults. Better for two adults and two children. Only one room and a sleeper couch. But comfortable. Power outage meant no drinking water, shower or flushable toilet for the duration of our stay. Strange to not have a back up for situations like this. Host refunded us without us asking. Outstanding.

Fantastic mountain getaway

Clean, modern and well equipped unit. Perfect couples space for a weekend in the mountains. We enjoyed the location a short drive south of Golden - quiet neighbourhood but all the services just 5 minutes away. Hard to beat the river and mountain views. We will be back!

Comfy suite

We enjoyed this little suite. Overall, very comfy and had most everything we needed. We loved the lights over the bed, and the bed itself was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the full size appliances. Good wifi too. The biggest issue we had was proximity to the railroad tracks and the trains could be really loud. We also didn't get the number of the unit when we got the address. We guessed right. 😊 We were happy here and appreciated the kindness of the owner.

Hi Wen, Thanks again for staying with us. I do feel this is a little unjust considering you continued to reach out to me to tell me you need a 2 bedroom unit to which I don't have in my inventory. The listing describes visually and in the amenity section that we do not have a dishwasher, transparent to all guests. Our house rules and listing was ignored by your group from the start. I wish you luck on your future venture with VRBO.

This property is immaculate. Very confortable bed; extra clean washroom; well stocked kitchen; cute little balcony off the bedroom; ideal for a couple with no kids; the owner was very friendly and easy to contact. Thanks Taj!!!

Zentral, ruhig, modern!

Wir waren fast eine Woche in dieser Unterkunft und waren super zufrieden! Ohne Auto lässt sich von da aus nur wenig machen, aber das war uns vorher klar und ist daher eher ein Pluspunkt, weil die Gegend ruhig und Idyllisch war. Der nächste Supermarkt ist ca. 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Zum BANFF Nationalpark braucht man ca. 45 Minuten, was in Kanada aber absolut keine Entfernung ist. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Ein riesiger Herd + Ofen auf dem es sogar spass macht zu kochen. Die Wohnung wirkte als wäre sie erst vor kurzem renoviert worden. Sehr schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich "wie zuhause". Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmerfenster ist einmalig. Wir werden diese Wohnung definitiv wieder buchen.
