It was the perfect place to stay. So quiet and peaceful. Loved sitting on the deck just listening to nature and looking out at the beautiful view!! The house was very clean and comfy. Just the perfect home away from home.

This house is by far the best VRBO I have ever rented. It was fully equipped with everything you could need and more. The owners really do think of anything and everything to make your stay easy and comfortable. It really felt like home.

Great Family Time

House & Family renting from are AMAZING!!! They thought of everything. Toys for every age group, books for all ages, all the comforts & amenities. You don’t need to even leave. Just a beautiful home and beautiful views!!! Just love this place and it will be our annual go to in Eureka Springs

This was a perfect base for riding our Harleys in the Ozark area. The cabin was spotless and roomy. Drinking coffee on the upper porch looking at the lake was priceless. Speaking of priceless, using the jacuzzi bath in the master bedroom after a day of riding was. Watch out for wildlife!

Yearly Family Reunion

What a beautiful and relaxing home for the 6 adults who yearly attend our sibling family reunion. We ate together at the large kitchen table. We sat together in the living room and outside on the deck. The view from the deck was of beautiful hardwood forest and the lake. We saw deer, rabbits, and squirrels and the hawks soared above. This was the perfect place for our yearly get together.

Comfortable and Kid Friendly

Staying here was such a stress free experience. Travelling with a toddler can be challenging, but with all the toys and entertainment at this booking, our son had a great time even on the rainy days. Loved the little shop of trinkets and backup items. Would definitely stay again! The view alone on the deck was worth it. The fall colors surrounding the lake view were perfect.

Beautiful home, beautiful town, terrific communication!

Our family of 6, (4 teenagers, my husband and me), ventured to Eureka Springs for our Fall Break. Weather was terrific. The town was picture perfect and quaint. The house? Absolutely everything we could’ve hoped for! Kathryn and her family have done a terrific job of making their property both homey and comfortable to fancy and fun. The whole downstairs is a kids/teenagers dream hangout. Kitchen is fully equipped and the little free fridge is such a great idea for food and condiments. The drive back and forth to town was easy and pretty - especially in the Fall. Beds were super comfy and the porch was the absolute best place for coffee drinking and just relaxing. Already trying to plan a next time.

We had the nicest stay at the warmest and most welcoming home. Plenty of room for our family of 6. The basement is a kids/teenagers dream! Beds were comfy; kitchen had all you could ask for and more. Kathryn (our host) could not have been more kind and friendly.

Perfect house for families with kids

This house was great for kids and adults. Our kids had a great time playing downstairs in the game room, which allowed the adults some peace and quiet upstairs. The house was very clean and well kept. Communication with the owner was excellent. The view from the patio was just as great as the pictures show. We saw lots of deer around the property. There is a marina just down the road where you can rent boats, and a the beaver dam is really close for good fishing.

Great family stay

This was our first vacation with a blended family of four children aged 9-13. We couldn’t ask for a better set up and amenities for the whole family. We were able to cook all meals at the house including the grill outside. The kids loved the game room and the boys enjoyed picking out their very own bunk bed while our daughter enjoyed her own space (and bathroom) upstairs. The hosts were easy to communicate with when we had questions and requests. Starkey Marina is close and easy to get to. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home with a wonderful view. Close to the marina and picturesque fishing at the dam. Short trip to eureka. W the home is welcoming and modern by all measures. The game room downstairs was a teenager magnet and made sure everyone had a great time!!!

Nice getaway

We came to town for my sisters wedding, but wanted more space so my parents and in law could stay with us. It was clean, spacious and had an awesome game room my kids 9 & 12 really enjoyed,. Would recommend this place.

Excellent location

The house was everything the pictures showed and more. Beautiful location and very quiet. Super dog friendly and the kids had a blast in the game room area. Loved the small touches like supplying coffee, spices, crafts, and condiments. They even had a little box of things you might have forgotten that you could pay for and not need to run to the store. The house made our visit even more enjoyable and relaxing.
