Before you even enter the home, you’ll fall in love with the traditional Mexican architecture and design of this modern home. The dramatic archways, large windows, and classic design structure screams MEXICO! from every angle. Enter through a set of heavy wooden doors, down a tiled outdoor hallway and out to the massive back patio. Here you’ll find plenty of seating to kick back and enjoy the ocean breeze.

Inside, there is wall to wall authentic Mexican tile, and each room has its own distinct personality. The fully furnished kitchen combines the classic style of a traditional kitchen with modern upgrades. The custom cabinets and ample counter space give the chef in the family plenty of room to chop, slice, dice and prepare meals for hungry guests. Grab a seat at the high top snack bar or sit down at the kitchen table for a more formal dinner. The kitchen has all of the dishes and utensils you’ll need to enjoy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. The spacious kitchen flows into the main living room. This spacious room is complete with two comfortable couches in front of a traditional Mexican fireplace and flat screen TV.

The first bedroom is the Master suite and features a Queen size bed and a full bathroom. Guests in this room also have private access out to the patio via sliding glass doors. Early birds can sneak out to the patio with a cup of coffee and listen to the sounds of San Felipe waking up. The master bathroom has a single sink, vanity area, and beautifully tiled walk-in shower

The second bedroom has a full-size bed, high-quality linens and plenty of pillows. This room is set directly off of the living room and just a step away from the family bathroom. The family bathroom has an elegant vanity area and impressive walk-in shower with tile and chrome accents.

The third bedroom is what makes this home so unique! Located in a cozy casita attached to the house, this bedroom with Queen size bed is like a small apartment, offering privacy and space from the rest of the home. This room is more than big enough to accommodate an air mattress if you bring one! It also has a bathroom with walk-in shower and stylish vanity area.

The back patio and rooftop lounge are what make this stunning San Felipe home different than many other Mexican vacation rentals. There is a stairway from the back patio that leads up to a private rooftop lounge. From here, enjoy breathtaking views of the water and ocean with the whole family.
