3 bedroom 2 bathroom casa on Ranchito Percebu with only 6 buildings in the small resort per say, This is execelnt for peace and quite to enjoy the beach, sun and some beers pool side!.
First bedroom provides a king size bed, Second bedroom features a Queen size bed as well a the third bedroom.
Kitchen area is fully equipped for cooking and dinning needs.
The dinning table is for 4 guests, You are also provided with dinning utensils.
Living area is comfortable with Satellite Tv.

The Property is located on a small Beach front ranch inside the Percebu community, with about 7 buildings, which of 5 are rental homes 1 is an restaurant and the other is the owners house. The Pool facilities and Giant Palapa use is for all 5 rental homes. There are onsite cooking and maintenance teams, If case you are to have any type of inconvenience or simply want a delicious authentic Mexican Meal!! 

This home Sleeps 6 guests for a comfortable stay for 10 guests please bring air mattress or cots!

Please bring towels for Pool and Beach use.
