Enjoy this 2 bed/2 bath multi level townhouse just minutes from Coligny Beach and Plaza, short walk to Celebration Park, conveniently situated in the family friendly community of Hilton Head Beach Club. Ride your bike, walk or take the seasonal shuttle to your day's activities on the south end of Hilton Head Island.



This townhouse has everything you'll need for a wonderful getaway with family or friends. The first level is open concept offering plenty of space and comfort. Both bedrooms are located on the second level with updated en suite bathrooms. Such a treat when traveling!

In addition, we start you off with laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish washer detergent, paper towels, sponge. **Please note : if you are staying longer than a few days you will need more of these items.



Hilton Head Beach Club has an on-site pool.

Parking: 2 car maximum. One assigned spot-one additional car may park in an unmarked spot, available on first arrival basis.

Bike and walking trails



Coligny Beach Park- one of the most popular and favorite beaches on the Island. It is a 7 minute walk from the townhouse and offers outdoor showers, restrooms, seasonal beach rentals, seasonal life guards and WIFI.



Coligny Plaza-Has over 60 restaurants and specialty shops. Memorial Day through Labor Day there are events and entertainment for all! Free parking can be found around the entire Coligny Plaza Complex and is also a leisurely 7 minute walk from the townhouse.



Coligny Theater-Known to have the best popcorn on the Island is also centrally located.



Two outlet malls are a 15 minute drive and the historic cities of Charleston and Savannah are a must see!

Very clean and comfortable townhouse in fabulous location. Easy walk to beautiful beach and plenty of restaurants and shops at Coligny Plaza. Highly recommend as central location for those interested in easy access to golf courses and hiking, and casual stroll to local coffee shops and cafes.

I could not have better things to say about my stay! My mom and I walked in and were immediately impressed by the beautiful condo and the cleanliness. The condo itself was spacious and well maintained. Great supply of kitchen stuff. The location is even closer to Coligny and the public beach access thanks to the amazing new kids park right next to the condo. We never even had to drive while we were there! We had an amazing time and will be returning again!

Very nice and cozy!

This was a really nice condo. It had everything you need and was very clean. A little walk to the beach, (5 minutes) but definitely a quiet and peaceful place to stay. It has a nice pool, and wagon with chairs to take to the beach. We would LOVE to stay here again. The owners of this unit were easy to contact and very nice. I don’t have anything negative to say about this rental property.

Vacation is with 10 year old grandson. Unit was very clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. Check in was easy, everything was ready and in good working order. Beds were comfortable, nice kitchen, community pool was well kept. Easy walk/bike to the beach and restaurants and stores easily accessible. Laundry appliances were good and we appreciated the beach cart and chairs. Would stay again. Thank you!

Slightly misleading.

The property looked just as it did online and it was immaculate which we were very grateful and happy to see. It was NOT ON THE BEACH however, nor did it have a beach umbrella included as the online ad had stated. The hike to the beach, while not terrible, but it was not enjoyable at all. That alone would cause us to re-think repeating at this property.

Busy area

This property was clean and in good condition. Coligny Beach area is a very busy and it was July 4th weekend so lots of people and traffic. Beach is a bit of a walk. Pool was not easily seen and no bathroom at the pool. Only one assigned parking spot per unit so if you need a second one you have to locate an unmarked spot but you do get two parking passes.

Hilton Head Wedding

This was our first opportunity spending time on Hilton Head. It won't be our last. We had an amazing time........just not long enough! The unit was clean, had been updated recently and was more than adequate for our weekend stay. Proximity to the beach (along with providing beach chairs) was a plus! The only confusing part was the address........11 Tanglewood Drive, park in space #8 and stay in Unit 4. Hopefully the people in Unit #11 are patient and considerate of those who don't read the fine print! :0 We figured it out.

It was ok

The condo was okay. If you have little kids, spend the extra money and stay closer to the beach. It’s a nice walk but for little ones it’s a hike with no bathrooms close by. It’s very close to the park and our kids loved riding their bikes everywhere. I had to mop as soon as we got there because it was very clear the floor had not been mopped. My husband moved the couch to get my son’s toy and found a dead cockroach. We emailed the property about the leaking sink hose and never heard back. It looks like the leak has been going on awhile bc of the water damage under the sink. There’s very little natural light and we felt very closed in especially on rainy days. For the price, it was ok but we felt there were definitely better places to stay.

Great location

The town house was roomy and clean as advertised. The location was close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. The only disappointing issue we had was the A/C was not working upon arrival or through out our entire stay, with temperatures rising to 80 degrees inside the town house. Luckily we were at the beach or out exploring most of our stay but did make for some warm nights trying to sleep. All and all would recommend just be aware of A/C problems.
