We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It fit our family perfectly and we enjoyed being in walking distance from Schlitterbahn and the Comal. We would definitely return.

Perfect Place for Families

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very comfortable and it was perfect for our group. We traveled with small kids and the access to the river and being able to get off at the condo exit was the perfect amount of time for the little ones.

Great location and easy river access

Can’t beat the location and ease of access. Condo was perfect for our group. Beds were a little hard but plenty of room and space for 7.

Perfect weekend getaway!

This is by far the best condo we have stayed in on the Comal and we have been visiting for years. The condo is spacious, clean, and in the perfect location. Can’t beat it for the price. We’ll be back for sure.

Family float vacay

We were very happy with our cute condo. Location was perfect for us. We enjoyed floating the Comal, Schliterbaun and dining at local restaurants. Spent the last day relaxing at the pool . Was a nice time spent together

Great condo!

We were across the street from Schlitterbahn. Steps away from Comal River. There were lots of things to do nearby!! The condo was so nice and very clean. Don’t wait, book now!!

Perfect Stay and Perfect Location

This property is directly across from Schlitterbahn and the river. The condo is clean and everyone felt safe. Only complaint is that we wished there was a little more/ comfortable seating in the living area. Other than that, perfect.

Great River Trip

We went to the river for my daughters 20th birthday. She has never been to the river before and that is what she wanted to do. My husband and I love this area. The location is awesome and close to all of the things you may want to do. The house was just as described. We had such a fun time!

Great location, easy river access. Loved the early check in option !! Cons: you do not have control of the AC, uncomfortable bed, extremely small kitchen(don’t plan on cooking something that requires counter space), lots of fines if you lose something (wrist band or damage tube), change fridge temp etc. Also don’t book from 3rd party you pay more money in fees, book directly through their website.

Air conditioner did not work and limited parking made the stay pretty uncomfortable. Felt like more of a hassle than a getaway. There was no option for additional parking for a larger group and I was advised by the host to “google free parking around the area.” Also, shower water went cold fast.

Nice little place

This was a great place, and the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because the kitchen is not stocked very well as far as cooking utensils. There were no spatulas, one skillet that was in rough shape.. the kitchen definitely needs some upgrading. If you’re not traveling with kids and don’t plan on cooking like at all.. it’s perfect. If you plan on cooking bring a decent skillet and your own spatula. Also the master bath water pressure in the shower was pretty low. Over all it was pretty good

Review of Bluebonnet Haus

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was clean, well maintained and in a good location. There definitely great customer service before our stay and during. I would recommend this to others but had a couple of thoughts to improve: Couch needs replacing, could have used one decent sauteing pan. The beds are memory foam and those were very comfortable! Both bathrooms were very spacious and the closets too. It was nice to have a small deck outside the bedroom and front living room as well.We did not use the tubes available but it was good to know they were there had we not been so busy with family. The town of Gruene (1o min away) is probably my favorite. LOVE it!Overall the property was quiet for the most part. There are neighbors who live across from the condo but they were pleasant and very considerate when we did interact.The location is off any main roads so the traffic was fairly light, even the town we were near it wasn't bad. Landa Park was down the road and that is gorgeous! Great for kids and families with a pool, picnic areas, a train ride for the kids and so green and plush. Lots of space!Would probably rent this same one again, but we may be moving to TX and possibly won't need it! Thanks for helping our stay be pleasurable
