HI Susan, thanks for taking such great care of the condo. While it is stated that the condo pool is not heated, i did propose alternatives that were in walking distance or a short drive.

Glad to have you as a guest! The impact windows cut down the noise tremendously. I have added a pillow top to the King Size bed for more comfort and the TV's are now smart tv's. Soon to come washer dryer in the unit!! Hope your travels send you back this way. Hope you are staying healthy and playing lots of tennis :-)

I think there was some miscommunication. I asked that the ac be at 72 or above, which is sufficient for the unit. I stopped in one day due to HOA maintenance which I alerted the guests about prior to coming to the unit. I found that the AC had been turned to 70 degrees. I had previously alerted them that lowering the ac to less than 72 had the potential to create a large amount of condensation which would trip the system and cause the AC to shut off completely. It would take either a day or a service call at $300 to correct the problem. In their best interests I advised them to keep AC at 72 or higher in order to have ac. Many people coming from colder climates have a harder time adjusting to Florida humidity and heat. There are brand new sheets for both the king and twin beds. Funny, when I asked about their stay they said they enjoyed it immensely and loved the location. I thought the guests were quite neat and left everything in good order, even though I like to meet with my guests before they leave so we can walk through the unit together and discuss and issues (items needing replacement or repair) together. The Casey's chose not to do that and left without notice as we had previously agreed to meet at a specific time the day they were leaving. iI think it is only common courtesy to alert someone if one is not keeping an appointment,

I am so sorry you had such an unpleasant experience. If you recalled. You booked this at the last minute for season prime time in South Florida. When you arrived, I explained that the resurfacing of the shower hadn't lasted as long as we anticipated, and that I was scheduling someone to come and fix it. I did point it out and also noted that because of the lack of air circulation the shower curtain should be pulled back and situated i in the center of the shower rod, to allow maximum air circulation. I also pointed out the stains in the carpet. I was just as surprised as you were. I had had the carpets cleaned just before you arrived. The stains didn't appear until you checking 4 days later. The carpet was clean. Unfortunately whatever shampoo was used the professional carpet cleaner stained the carpet. Rest assured, this summer I will be replacing the carpet with wood floors. I had also had the patio pressure washed ((by the carpet cleaner) to remove dirt and mold that builds up due to the landscapers and the humidity of our state. I appreciate you cleaning the remotes. Im not sure why you had to replace the batteries. They were fine when I checked them! It is customary for short term rentals to start the unit with 1 rol of toilet paper per bathroom, and 1 roll of paper towels, and several trash liners. In my experience, I f I leave more out, it all disappears (perhaps taken) by certain guests, even the "stash" that I try to hide. If you notice, the unit was outfitted with a full bottle of dishwashing soap, various house cleaning products, sponges, not to mention a full supply of dishes, glasses, cups, coffe make, filters, sometimes coffee, salt & pepper and any other spices left behind, tupperware containers, Food Processor, new coffee maker, kettle, more than adequate supply of various cooking and baking dishes and utensils. I texted you after three days (not to intrude on your vacatoin time) to inquire how your stay was going. At that time you did not bring any of your complaints to my sttention. I was very surprised to see your comments. If you read the previous reviews you will see that most guests have enjoyed their stay and the property.

The King & twin beds have all been updated to standard mattress and box spring configuration. The Frontgate air mattresses & bed frames were not the superior quality I expected.
