Finding the building was a bit complicated due to the actual building number not being listed, but the owner was easy to contact and get in the right place. The couch is a bit uncomfortable, even for a teenager to crash on. However, the place was great location for what we were doing while in town and super nice and clean! We will definitely be back to visit!

Had an issue with shower door not opening. Mitch had the handyman over promptly & fixed it. Our room was clean and quiet. It appeared to be a safe environment. We were very satisfied with the facility and its convenient location. Would definitely stay again.

Very clean and easy distance to shops, restaurants, and good coffee. Locks to the house were janky, both for the front door and slider. Thankfully the area seemed safe. Instructions to get into the condo were not helpful, but the on site contact was great and helped immediately. Unfortunately, when you messaged the host, it wasn’t direct contact with the on site support so they told you to call someone else. Little bit of a run around to get help. Shower was pretty with great water pressure but spits out water on the floor so by the end of our stay it was musty.

Denver family visits

This location is a beautiful stay for visiting friends and family in Denver. It’s the perfect size for a family of 4. The ease of access to the expressways, shopping or walking for a bite make this an excellent place. The recommendations from the owners were helpful. The daily cleaned courtyards make for a nice walk around the property.

Mitch was great in responding to our problems when they occurred. The biggest issue for us was the internet was a bit slow and the choice for TV viewing was rather limited. If there would have been a smart TV I could have logged into my streaming devices.

Great and convenient rental!

Perfect location for our stay! Quiet place, with everything we needed for the few days we were there. Nice little courtyard area, right off the back patio. Walking distance to Fiddler's Green (just over one mile). Sleeper sofa was a little uncomfortable for an adult (perfect for kids), but no reflection on this review, since I, honestly, don't think there's a sleeper sofa in existence that is comfortable for an adult. Would, definitely, stay there again, though!

Very comfortable fully stocked with many supplies full kitchen very nice shower was amazing! Was clean but not super clean. Windows were dirty and hard to open. Oven was not clean . Convenient and quiet location

Overall, pretty good .. needs a few updates .. shower door leaks onto the floor because door trim is installed backwards and hinges need adjustments .. couldn't access clubhouse at the pool .. eating area chairs are really uncomfortable and couch is starting to break down a bit .. good location, quiet, and a decent place to stay

Perfect Location to Explore Greater Denver Area

This small apartment has everything you need to live in the Denver area for a few days. It is quiet, well-maintained and secure. There are many places to enjoy a great meal in the DTC neighborhood, and it is close to Cherry Creek Park. We used the space as a base camp, to travel back and forth to visit family in east Aurora. The only downside is the living room furniture. There is one worn out hide-a-bed couch to sit on. It is extremely uncomfortable to sit on it to watch tv or read. I highly recommend the owners/managers replace this piece of furniture with something useable.

Fantastic people to speak to about any concerns. Only one complaint and that is the neighbors. The people upstairs were incredibly loud between the hours of 2am and 4am. Not enough to cause any issues, but definitely noisy. The property was clean and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. 9/10, would definitely stay here again.
