This 739 square ft. serene top floor, direct oceanfront, 1-bedroom condo consists of a full kitchen, 1.5 bath, and spacious private lanai with direct ocean views. The entrance of the unit includes a lanai with keyless entry. *3RD Floor (Top Floor), 28 stair walk-up (No elevator).

The living room is fully furnished with a comfortable queen sofa sleeper and brand new Smart TV.

Sliding glass doors open on to the private lanai where you can enjoy relaxing sounds of the ocean and spectacular sunrise views and even spot whales in the winter months.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meal. There are BBQ accessories so you can enjoy the poolside grills. The dining area adjacent to the kitchen has seating for four.
