Great stay. Condo was as advertised. Beautiful setting and quiet. The outside stairs (28 steps!) were a bit difficult at first with luggage, but we got used to them.

We stayed here for 4 days. It had a nice ocean view. It was centrally located to stuff we wanted to do on the island. Biggest downside by far was it had no air conditioning. Trade winds help but in between the consistent rain and then sea spray we couldn’t leave the windows/doors open without the floors getting wet often. We never wore shoes inside but our new socks were dirty every day. Also, like others have mentioned in reviews we noticed a slight sewer type smell. Overall it’s a nice unit. Just need cleaner to do better job. But being used to A/C coming from FL I would pick a home with it next time. Looking back there were many options nearby outside of complex that had it.

Because we're directly on the ocean, the condo is designed to take advantage of the natural trade winds rather than air conditioning. While many guests enjoy the fresh ocean breeze, we understand that visitors accustomed to A/C may find it less comfortable, especially during periods of rain when windows may need to be closed. Being near the shoreline also means that salt air and fine island dust can enter the home more quickly than in inland properties, even with regular cleaning. We appreciate your comments and will share them with our housekeeping team to ensure the unit continues to meet our high standards. Thank you again for your feedback. Hidden centrally located spot

You’re going to be able to get anywhere you want on the island easily while staying here. Don’t worry about no air conditioning because you need to experience the full island style life. The windows open in the unit give you an amazing cross breeze better than any ac could ever do and it’s ocean air!! This place is da best!!

Great Location

Nicely located property with great ocean front views. The place needs some tender loving care as lots of rusty appliances and other accoutrements. Also, the owner could add beach chairs and boogie boards for guests to further enjoy their stay. All that said I would stay again due to perfect location.

Aloha Kirk, Thanks so much for your feedback! Being right on the oceanfront means we’re fortunate to enjoy beautiful oceanfront views and breezes but it also brings some wear from the salty air. A new dishwasher is scheduled to be installed this week as well as minor touch ups to address a few small, rusted areas. We’ve also provided new beach chairs! Boogie boards aren’t a standard amenity due to liability, but local shops nearby have them for rent. Great, centralized location to all of Kauai’s visitor attractions. Beautiful sunrises to start the day, close to great beaches, shopping, and food options. Will be coming back soon….

Beautifully maintained condo complex in quiet, private location yet close to everything. Lovely unit with all amenities except AC but ocean breezes are great. Miles of open oceanfront to stroll, nice swimming pool, nearby snorkel park, close to any attractions.

The view was fantastic and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The furniture in the living space was not very comfortable and unfortunately we were there during the 2 weeks of of the Kona Low storm so we spent more time indoors than anticipated. There were a couple glitches in the kitchen, a missing knob that made it hard to open a cupboard door, and outlets that didn't work, but that was taken care of toot-sweet. I do feel that when spending almost two weeks in the unit, a one time linen/towel exchange would have been included. Also, we had stayed at Kaha Lani in November and were not aware that this unit was run by a different company so there was no beach towel exchange. Just an FYI for anyone who might be returning to the property but trying out a different unit.

Complimentary mid-stay laundry service is included for reservations of 14 nights or longer. Since your stay was just under that at 12 nights, this service wasn’t automatically included. That said, we’re always happy to arrange towel or linen exchanges for an additional fee, and guests are also welcome to use the onsite laundry facilities at their convenience. We provide 6 bath towels and 4 beach towels at the start of each stay. Mahalo again for staying with us!

Amazing View & Location

This unit had one of the best views in the complex and a great breeze off the water. We loved walking on the deserted beach in front of the condos and venturing down the way to the ocean swimming area in the park next door. It was an easy walk and the beach and grounds were super clean! We also liked being so close to everything. The tiki bar just past the swimming hole was a great place to grab drinks and food while taking in the scenery. The central location of the condo made it so easy to explore the whole island. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back!

Beautiful view

We enjoyed our stay here!! The view was beautiful and it was a great location in terms of getting to the south and the west easily. It was also nice to be close to the airport for day of departure. Just a heads up - there is NO AC. Which turned out to be totally fine for us. We were a little worried, but with the windows, fans and ocean breeze, it was cool enough for us. Thanks for a lovely stay!
