The Space:

This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Great amenities are:

- Washer dryer in unit for free

- Fully equipped kitchen

- Queen sized futon and 2 king sized beds

- Smart-TV with streaming apps installed!

- Complimentary coffee

- Fitness center access

- Multiple parking lots that offer daily parking at very reasonable prices within a 2 block radius!

Getting Around:

The unit is located in downtown Indianapolis. 18 minutes drive from IND-Indianapolis International Airport. A 10 minutes walk to Indianapolis Station. Next to TJ Maxx and the circle.



Other Things to Note:

Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM ($75/hr late fee)

$500 penalty for removing smoke detectors

$200 penalty for lost key fobs

No outside guests without permission

One towel per guest per stay

Valid photo ID required to complete the booking



ESA (Emotional Support Animal): A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences.



To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you WILL be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

- You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.

- You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.

- You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.



Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be 22 years old.



No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule.



Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-7am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.



Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check.



Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver.

A weekend in Indy

A few friends and i were in town for a weekend event. Everything was as advertised. Great centralized location. The place was clean and there were no issues the whole weekend. I would rebook if i needed to come to town again.

Good stay

Enjoyed the stay, and the location was convenient. Parked my car Friday coming in, didn’t drive my car till Sunday. Walked everywhere, because it was in walking distance.

Great Place

Back to my home town for a wedding, we loved the history and location of the building! We were close to the other guests staying at embassy suites but we loved our LARGE condo with a full kitchen. Having two bedrooms and bathrooms was key for my family. I wish the Block would do a better job on cleaning outside windows but other than that it was great!

Cozy for sure

Enjoyed our stay. Great location. The bathroom in the front room is very small. There are steps leading into both bedrooms and I think the listing should be plain that because this room is certainly not handicapped accessible. Overall great place though.

Loved just about everything about the property. Walkable through Skywalks connected right off the same floor. Only 2 small issues were that a neighbor had a barking door and the floor in the unit bedrooms were very creaky and loud.

Weeklong Stay for Local Sporting Event

Overall, this was a nice stay. The host was very communicative and helpful to answer questions and accommodate any needs. The place was clean and spacious. Parking was a challenge at first, but eventually we learned how to effectively use street parking. On Saturday night the outside street noise was rather loud, but that is not the host's fault and likely an anomaly. Overall, I would stay in this location again.

I will never stay here at this location again. This property was absolutely horrible. The ONLY thing that this place had going for it was the location. Otherwise, it smelled, was dirty and did not match the pictures that are posted for the listing. The pictures that are posted for the listing must be for another listing this person has. Checking in, instantly you are met with a strong smell. Walking into the master bedroom the carpet is dirty with stains and obviously they did not vacuum because waking with my socks there was tons of hair and nastiness that would not come if they simply vacuumed. And I can’t even begin with the bathroom. Basically dirty and just old and gross. We ended up leaving a day earlier because I just could not stay in this place another minute. All my friends would just comment was that I brought them to a prison. The building is gross and there were definitely questionable people coming in and out of that building at times. Only positive was the location. We needed to be close to the convention center and this location was fine to use the skywalk.
