We at BnB Host Management understand that during this time of a Major Disruptive World Event, travel and petrol are an uncertainty.

This also comes under Extenuating Circumstances.

I can promise you that in the circumstance that you are unable to travel due to petrol shortages or Airport closures, I will override any cancellation policy and will organise a refund for you.

There would be only two considerations for you:

1) When a guest is entitled to a refund, we reserve the right to pass on any credit card transaction fees to the primary booking guest, relating to their reservation.

2) We would just require any kind of documentation of proof, to confirm your cancellation request falls within the `Extenuating Circumstances`.

This magnificent 4 bedroom Beach home with private parking has wheel chair access and many disability accessibility features. Free WiFi, Netflix & Wine. Situated just 5 minutes drive to the Rosebud beach and Jetty. Abundant natural light & greenery is perfect for recuperation & relaxation. Fully renovated, polished wooden floors throughout, Air-conditioned, designer open plan kitchen, spacious living/dining area, moder bathrooms, new outdoor furniture in the private backyard undercover patio.

The house also comes with a `chill out` room out the back with study desk, sofa, TV, and Table Tennis Table.

Keeping an eye on the kids has never been more enjoyable as from the Alfresco style Patio. Relax and soak up the ambience of the backyard with it`s greenery and luscious beautiful gardens.

The Guest will have full access to the entire property.

Although we won`t be available in person, we are only a message away via the booking platform inbox.

Famous Beautiful Rosebud Beach & Jetty. Rosebud is home to many Cafes, Restaurants and Bars. Close proximity to the Mornington Peninsulas many attractions including Aurthurs Seat Chairlifts, wineries & the Peninsula Hot Springs.

The 787 Sorrento to Saftey beach Bus route goes directy past this House. Just a 5 minute drive to the Jetty and Rosebud Beach, 5 minutes drive from The Mornington Peninsula Freeway and 5 minutes drive to The Nepean Highway.

*LONG STAYS
All bookings of 3 weeks or more must have a mid-stay cleaning service. You will have the lower priced option of a Refresh $190 or thorough Clean & Amenities Restock for the standard cleaning fee $350.
** Guests must vacate the premises while cleaning is being carried out.
Cleaning services for longer term bookings will be negotiated to allow for our team to periodically clean, maintain and inspect the property.
*Primary Guest will fill out our ID Verification request.
*FULLY REFUNDABLE DAMAGE SECURITY BOND: $600 will be activated 1 day before your arrival date. Please ensure you have sufficient funds in your chosen payment method.
*We do not accept groups of guests under the age of 25 years.
*No Schoolies
*Please treat this home with respect as if it were your own.
*If you use the BBQ, please use the provided BBQ cleaning equipment to leave the BBQ clean for the next guest. If the cleaners have to clean the BBQ after you, there will be an extra $25 fee added onto the cleaning fee.
*The cleaning fee covers a standard clean only. If cleaners are forced to stay longer, due to guests lack of care, then BnB Host Management reserve the right to pass those extra costs onto the Primary guest.
*There will be a minimum fine of $200 as a consequence for smoking, partying or bringing in animals.
*Please DO NOT REMOVE the large bottles of Shampoo, Conditioner & Body Wash in the bathroom/s, Dishwashing Liquid, Rinse Aid & Disinfectant Wipes in the kitchen. These amenities are the property of BnB Host Management and are regularly refilled for guest convenience. Additional fees may apply if items are removed.
