Excellent location, corner unit right on the beach. The unit was clean, beds were comfortable, we chose a linen package directly through the rental company and had everything we needed. Host has an excellent stash of games available which was great for us as we got stuck in that Nor Easter and had to spend the majority of our trip indoors. Very quiet building this time of year. The location is perfect, easy to get to either end of OC. We plan to make the same trip again next year and hope to rebook this unit.

A great place to stay for family and friends!

The proximity to the beach is excellent. The view from the balcony is perfect as the sand dunes give you a feel of privacy, and you can still see the ocean. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen and living room are a good size that you don’t feel too crowded. Overall place was just as advertised and we would stay again!

Very homey

The place was very nice. I loved the interior. Rooms were nice. Only thing which was my fault the one room was all bunk beds. For some reason I thought it was a single bed with a bunk bed in the room too. My kids loved the games in the drawer. The only thing that I had problems with was the front door wouldn’t lock or unlock unless you held and pulled the door towards you. And the living room slide door kept getting stuck. Overall amazing place to stay with a beautiful view. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice condo in a great location!

Our family vacation was July 7 - 13, 2024 with two adults and four children ranging in ages 5 - 13. The condo was perfect for our family, spacious and clean. We love the location at mid-town where the condo buildings are not high rises. This condo is not new or high-end, however it met all our needs and we will likely be back. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had extra conveniences like spare dish soap, detergent, spices, dish towels, etc. The balcony had a good view and was very relaxing. The master bath has a jet tub and shower which took us a while to figure out how to use but once we did everything worked fine. The easy access up one flight of stairs (or elevator) and just steps to the beach was super convenient. We also really enjoyed the pool just one floor above us! Overall, we had a great trip and the condo perfect for our family. Thank you!
