Truly a 5 Star Cabin for your stay at Panorama. We really liked that it was such a close walk to the Village Gondola and all of the activities to keep the family busy and active. The kitchen is well equipped for any family meal preparation. Thank you to the owners for making this cabin available for our family vacation.

Family get away

This was a beautiful place and close to the amenities. Enjoyed the deer and ground squirrels in the back yard. There’s a nice deck overlooking the street. Anything we needed was brought to us.

Ladies Golf Trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was as advertised, clean and comfortable. The host, LaVerne, was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Incredible stay!

We stayed here for our Familymoon after the wedding and it was absolutely perfect! The home is an incredible location with being an easy walk to restaurants, coffee, and golf! The home is stunning and had everything we needed to make our week stay comfortable! The hosts were easy to contact with any issues! Would come back in a heart beat!

Perfect family vacation home!

Perfect location and home layout for our group of 8 adults and 2 children. The hot tub was a hit and was kept in great condition. Perfect kitchen for cooking for a bigger group. Only docked one star for some pet hair, but otherwise very very clean and comfortable.

Family fun ski weekend!

What a lovely well appointed home! After a long day on the hill, it was lovely to come back and relax in front of the fireplace and enjoy food and games. The hot tub is a treat as well! The bedrooms were laid out really well and were very spacious. And the beds/pillows were very comfy (always a bonus). We all really enjoyed our stay :)

Family Vacation

This house was a beautiful place to gather as a family. A short walk to the amenities in the village so it was nice to park the car and not worry about driving. We enjoyed sitting out on the beautiful deck and the hot tub was nice and relaxing at the end of the day! There are a lot of fun things to do with the kids in the village as well, the pools were great and they enjoyed mini putt and riding the gondola. I'm all ready to plan our next trip back :)

Canada Day escape

This home was luxurious for a family of 5 with all kids enjoying their own bedroom. One of the best Canada Days we've had. I would have enjoyed the gourmet kitchen if we hadn't had so many activities. Beautiful neighborhood of Greywolf golf course which we very much enjoyed playing. Thankyou for your home.

Amazing location

Very good location! It is a true ski in/out! Large bedrooms and comfortable beds. Beautiful open kitchen/living area great for socializing. We had a lot of fun. I only have two points for improvement. There were not enough towels (the property sleeps 10 but there weren't 10 towels). The other problem was that the thermostat was set quite low (16 Celsius at night) and guests could not adjust it. These are just quibbles that I'm sure will be corrected. Don't let it dissuade you from staying in this outstanding house!

Lack of attention to detail this time, but past years it was all great.

As always it was good. This year though the garbage was not emptied when we arrived, the hot tub we could not use as the chlorine levels were off the chart high and no soap or body wash in the shower (main bedroom). Attention to detail was not there this time like the past. But great location and otherwise property.

Poor cleaning and service

The house is beautiful and spacious. However, the cleaning company did not do a thorough job. I don’t feel the property manager did enough or handled the errors sufficiently. On the day we arrived, to my horror, I found loose medication tablets in my kids bedroom. Thank god I threw them out before my kids got to them, otherwise it could have been really bad. The house was also covered in dog hair - on the furniture and bedding. Both my kids and I are severely allergic and even with medication, we all struggled to sleep the first night due to breathing challenges. They do not allow pets, however the dog leashes throughout the house indicate that the owners have a dog. This should be disclosed to potential renters with allergies. Finally, the coffee maker was full of mold. I brought these issues up with the property manager (who is also the owner of the cleaning company) and although she tried to rectify the situation, the individual’s tardiness was an issue. She was over two hours delayed to arrive at the property, after which we rescheduled to the following day. She offered to refund the cleaning fee, which was acceptable. But 3 weeks later, I have not been refunded. I have had to follow up with her multiple times to find out the status. I was going to write a better review had the owner or the property manager promptly corrected the error, because I understand mistakes happen. Today is the last day to submit my review, and unfortunately, have still not seen any refund.

What a wonderful accommodation for our whole family. Easy walking distance to all of the Panorama activities even for the little ones. Valley trail access right across the road for walking or biking. This was our second summer stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone for a great mountain vacation.

This property is incredible! We stayed in July, and the location is very quiet. There are a multitude of trails to hike and activities to take part in. The home was large enough for 8 of us to stay in very comfortably. If you need darkness to stay asleep in the morning, use the rooms on the lower level - the upstairs rooms have sunlight very early in the morning. The huge kitchen was fantastic for cooking our meals together and the big table was perfect for eating together and playing games. The beautiful wrap around deck was lovely for visiting and enjoying the view and wildlife. A few more detailed instructions might help (Ie. how to use the TV, where the bins are for refuse/recycle disposal, where the pool and gym are located) but we figured it all out! Having a washing machine and dryer was very useful for us, and there are extra towels and extra supplies throughout the house. The host was easy to get a hold of when we had any questions. I highly recommend this property, and we would love to stay again!
