We enjoyed our stay and the villa was lovely.Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as there is quite a walk from carparks uphill to transport all your luggage and supplies.

Fraser Island Paradise

Great location and wonderful place to stay. Everything went smoothly and the unit was exceptionally comfortable. Only criticism was the walk from the car to the unit which was a bit challenging for one of our group. Would certainly stay there again!

Beautiful modern villa - great owner

We loved our stay and cant wait to come back again.The owner was great with communication and very helpful. The villa is beautifully renovated, we had friends stay in other types accommodation and theirs was very run down.

Good facilities and comfortable

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It’s super clean and has nearly everything you might need including a washer and dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. There’s a track to the left that provides easy access to the beach and it’s only a short stroll to the resort centre. The verandah provides a nice place to sit and enjoy a drink, and the beds are very comfortable. There are stairs though so consider this if you have mobility issues. The only small problem we had was a glitch with the link that stays sent us explaining check in (the website was down) but a visit to reception had that sorted quickly, the owner also rang to make sure it was all sorted too. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay at Kingfisher, we will book again for our next trip.

Nice place at fantastic location

Spacious and updated property with good airconditioning in all rooms that saved us during current heat wave. Nice bathroom, useful laundry and kitchen with basic equipment.Overall we enjoyed our stay and are looking forward visiting again.

Excellent family option

We enjoyed our stay very much. Fraser is worth seeing for sure and it’s nice to have this lovely property to come home to every day. Aircon is super effective in all rooms (which was required daily when we went). It’s nice to also have all the facilities onsite such as the pool and restaurants. We went to a fantastic New Year celebration in the main lobby which our whole family enjoyed. Patrick is a fantastic, very responsive and easy to deal with host. A great option to consider if you ever visit.

Private villa on a stunning Qld icon

This is a beautiful villa on stunning K'gari. Very private but still close to the resort where we were able to access all facilities including restaurants, tennis court, pool, general store and tours. We had a 4WD so were also able to drive to some of the amazing attractions on K'gari. A very comfortable and clean stay and we would highly recommend.

Great holiday stay in quiet Villa

This property within Kingfisher Bay Resort was the prefect place to stay while visiting K'gari. The kitchen was well equipped and the washing machine and dryer were very useful too. We stayed with our two young teens and found this place perfect for relaxing in for three days. We hope to return here for another longer stay and would recommend this accommodation to anyone. Thanks to Patrick, the owner of this particular Villa, for his communication and helpful information prior to our visit. All the resort staff were helpful and welcoming and the activities they provided, a lot of them for free, were enjoyed while we stayed.

Xmas/new years 2023/2024

3 teenage boys, mum and dad. Loved our stay. The Villa was clean, very modern and had all the luxury you needed after a hot day or a storm!! Patrick was fantastic and accommodating. The kitchen was so well equipped for me to cook family meals. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, can’t wait to come back.

Stay at Satinay

Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay amongst the Satinay trees. With two adult children we had plenty of room despite there being only one bathroom which was a good size. We made good use of the outdoor area & kitchen, eating mainly in the villa. AC made things comfortable. We still made use of the Kingfisher facilities, with visits to the Sunset & Sand Bar, an Asian infusion dinner at the Dune Restaurant & swims in the pools. The only dampener on our stay is the parking. Being peak season, there is not enough car parks so often we were parked away from our accommodation after being out for the day. We also didn’t anticipate the trudge up to the villa with our luggage on arrival! Despite this the location on the villa is minutes to the beach & all the facilities. K’Gari is a special place.
