Was a nice room in a very nice location walkable from downtown Leavneworth and the nearby river! My spouse, my dog and myself had a lovely time here!

While communication and location were excellent, I was surprised that the accommodation was not nicer considering the price. The sheets were low quality and the variable sound of the mini fridge throughout the night made it challenging to sleep.

My husband and I stayed here on a quick trip with our dog to see an elderly relative who lives nearby. The unit is a nice size and in a great location. It is clean and nice but not so "precious" that we were terrified the dog would wreck something. We walked to Yodelin for dinner and Bear Bear for breakfast--we recommend both. The River Park is 2 blocks away--a beautiful park. Lol, go early if your dog is afraid of bicycles. The parking space is very nice to have and in a quiet spot also--we left the dog in the car (the weather was cool enough) when we went to eat and he was able to rest. We'll stay here again.

Second time staying at this property. Really great location - walkable to everything and nice to have parking! Really nice upgrades to the units. Communication with hosts was easy. Very pet friendly. It can be a bit noisy depending on the neighbors since there are multiple shared walls but overall another great stay!

Adorable little room. Perfect for our needs and great price. The walk to the main area was super close and all the good experiences of town were minutes away with no driving needed.

Property is only two blocks from downtown Leavenworth very walkable. We walked everywhere we went during our stay. The bed is old and concave to the middle but I feel for the price it is a good value.

Perfect lil'Leavenworth Spot

We couldn't be happier with this place! It was just the right size, it's in a great location and was the perfect, cozy headquarters for our stay in Leavenworth. We're already talking about a return trip and will most definitely be staying here again.

We just love this location. It’s really close to town, easy walk. One of our favorite wineries (Silvara) is just 2 miles away. The room was clean, well furnished and the bed was comfortable. It is a bit smaller than the pictures show but we would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

This property is clean and well appointed. The walking location to all Leavenworth has to offer is GREAT! Thank you for a peaceful restful night after a night of fun.

Great place

Best thing about this place is that is super close to down town. It’s only a few minute walk to everything. Check in and check out process was super easy. Only down side was that you can hear everything in the other suites and parking for Suite D was a little tricky with driving a bigger truck. Overall, it was a good place and I would stay there again.

Amazing

It was the perfect size for just two girls, having parking during a large event is also very appreciated, the space was clean and beautiful. Very cozy. Overall we had an amazing time and we will be coming back with our dogs!

The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed for a good stay. There were a couple things that could have been better. There is a corner of a rug that needs to be tacked down somehow or it creates a trip hazard. Otherwise we were fine with all the room and location for walking to town was perfect.

So conveniently located within downtown Leavenworth but also ideal that it's tucked in one corner away from the crowds. The room is clean, and the sheets were so soft and smooth! I have a neck issue though, so I wish they had a lower pillow. The floor creaks and the walls are thin, but it didn't ruin the stay in any way at all. It really doesn't take so much to not be such a disturbance to neighboring guests, be it at this guesthouse or any other hotel.Very responsive, and the check-in and check-out processes are incredibly fast and easy.

Cute little room in the perfect location.

This location was perfect- walking distance to the town! Parking was easy and the check in and out was super easy! My only complaint was the mattress was cheap/old and it KILLED my back- I almost slept on the ground. But the shower was amazing and the space was perfect otherwise :) would definitely stay there again with a new mattress!!
