Welcome to the perfect holiday home for large families. Located in a quiet tranquil residential area with breathtaking views from the living room, If you love to immerse yourself in nature, this property has it at your doorstep. Stunning views and ample indoor /outdoor spaces for everyone. Indoor and undercover outdoor entertaining areas.
A thoughtfully furnished home providing ample living spaces for up to 12 guests to relax, enjoy & entertain.
The open plan living areas provide functionality & ease of living for larger families, there are games, toys & beach necessities all included in the home to keep the whole family occupied.
The air-conditioned living areas open out to a spacious undercover deck which includes a BBQ suited for use all year round.
The outdoor areas are very private and have ease of flow with the indoor living spaces.
The kitchen is perfect for entertaining & comes fully equipped including fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, cooktop & coffee machine.
The living area also includes an office space for the business traveler or for those who just like a separate space to connect & access your devices.
Guests can enjoy the use of free Wi-Fi, Smart TV for access to Netflix/Stan and a portable music player

10 minutes from the popular surf beach and town of Cabarita, which includes a supermarket, bakeries, cafes, bike hire, chemist, restaurants, hotel, surf-club & much much more.

You will feel a million miles from anywhere and yet are conveniently located 10 minutes from the gorgeous little town of Murwillumbah, 15 minutes to Cabarita, 20 minutes Kingscliff & just 25 minutes to Coolangatta Airport.
Only a 30 min drive to Mt Warning and other incredible bush walks.

Farrants Hill stay

We enjoyed our 4 night stay at this property. The views were great. Very comfortable and plenty of room.

The house was very suitable for a family stay. Lots of room at move around. The grounds were beautiful and we were lucky to see a honey bee swarm in one of the fruit trees. The views go on for ever. Lots of cloud on the first two two to keep the heat lower in the glassed back room. Could not find the light switch for under the house for hanging washing. One of the sun shades outside has a broken bracket. The screw will not go back into place as the thread is gone. A lock on the back sliding door off the screened area is needed to stop smart thinking Vacs from opening it. Overall a lovely stay and everyone of the family were sorry to leave. Thanks Tammy.

Great Getaway

We have stayed here multiple times. This is the first time since the renovation. Have got nothing but positive things to say about this place. Short drive to beach and Murwillumbah. The peacefulness and views are excellent. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to get away from the city

Fantastic property with stunning views

Plenty of room for 7 adults, a baby, an infant and 2 dogs. The home was very well set up and stocked with everything needed and more. Very clean and tidy and several sitting areas. Really appreciated the baby gate across the stairs which was essential. The outdoor screened area was fabulous and the views from the huge glass windows in the living area were gorgeous. So many places in the home to appreciate the view from. Very thoughtful hosts who put a lot of love into their property. Blinds in the end bedroom would be an asset. There is no hot tub but there is a beautiful big bath in a modern bathroom. There is only one air conditioner so not sure how warm/cool the bedrooms would be in summer and winter. Highly recommend this property. Close drive to beaches, cafes and more.

Murwillumbah golf trip

The property was well equiped particularly the kitchen. All appliances and more provided. Bedroom 1 could have done with a blind as very cold and light in the morning. It was advertised as 6 bedroom but actually had only 4 bedrooms. It’s a little tired and could do with some renovations. There was dirty linen in the laundry. And very dusty in the living areas on the floor. Our beds were comfy and clean. Towels were clean and lots provided. Overall we had a great time. Thank you.
