We were surprised to read your notes. The unit was professionally cleaned and inspected right before arrival, with the official report confirming no odors. Though no issues were detected, we immediately replaced the comforters per your request. All linens are processed off-site by a commercial laundry facility. The building updates in the hall are actively underway to elevate guest stays, and our loft space is equipped with wall-mounted AC and supplemental fans to keep the area cool.
