Plancher Parc Top Ville condo avec vue sur les pistes

Bienvenue Best Town Outside Magazine! Ceci est un excellent emplacement au cƓur de Park City avec beaucoup de lumiĂšre naturelle. A quelques minutes en voiture ou en bus gratuit Park City (arrĂȘt est Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de l'immeuble en copropriĂ©tĂ©) de Park City Mountain (la nouvelle station combinĂ©e est plus de 7300 acres et est maintenant la plus grande station de ski aux États-Unis!) et Deer Valley. Ne pas oublier, il y a plus de 400 miles de sentiers de vĂ©lo de montagne pour profiter du reste de l'annĂ©e et une grande golf et la pĂȘche.

Le condo peut accueillir confortablement 4 et peut accueillir 6 en utilisant le grand canapé-lit. Les installations comprennent un cùble, télévision à écran LED, lecteur blue-ray DVD dans le salon, machine à café Keurig, la construction d'une connexion Wi-Fi et espace commun bain à remous. Le bùtiment est desservi par un ascenseur, donc il n'y a pas besoin d'escalader des escaliers aprÚs une longue journée sur la montagne.

Pour ceux qui visitent pendant le festival du film de Sundance, cet emplacement ne peut ĂȘtre battu pour le prix que plusieurs thĂ©Ăątres sont Ă  quelques minutes.

First of all, Dave is a great host, super with communication and informative about the area, we got a lot of great tips from him. The place is perfect with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This was our first time to Park City and the location is excellent with restaurants and stores within walking distance, yet close enough to downtown without the crowds. The rail trail is available right up from the condo with bike shops close by if you need to rent bikes. We really enjoyed our stay at Dave's condo!

The condo was very nice. Not fancy but clean, with all the things needed in kitchen and baths for a nice stay. The host was very responsive and helpful. I would for sure stay here again.

Prospector Square Condo

Our second stay this winter in this unit. The owner was quick to respond to the minor maintenance requests from our first stay. Comfortable bed, kitchen stocked with Keurig, small coffee maker & filters, toaster, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, glasses, coffee mugs, etc.

Nice 2-bedrrom 2-bath condo on upper floor of New Claim across the street from the bus stop servicing Park City and Deer Valley resorts and Main Street. Good beds, linens, and well equipped kitchen.

Happy Place for sure

Beautiful property bus stop across the street plentiful restaurants and walking distance clean and neat place. Some people live on the property and they are very nice and talkative. Just a cool place for sure. Stay here if you’re looking at it the owner was very responsive on a few things. Thank you.

The Perfect PC Location

Everything about our first time in Park City was perfect. This location is so convenient to everything. Dave was a perfect host and responded to our questions in such a timely manner. If we get back to Park City we would not hesitate to stay in this Condo again. Don’t miss a visit and bus tour of Olympic Park. We watched several Olympic skiers in training. Park City and the area has much to offer.

Perfect spot for a mountain vacation

Spot is exactly as described in the listing. Stayed with a family of five, and while not the biggest space we were comfortable the entire trip. Convenient bus stop right around the corner to move around the city. The kitchen has plenty of tools and enough space to make breakfast. The washer and dryer is a huge bonus for keeping gear ready day to day.

Great condo

This condo has everything you need to enjoy a trip to Park City. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. A lobby entrance as well as an indoor entrance to the condo provides extra levels of security. The bus stop is directly across the street and provides service to anywhere one needs to go. My family and I are returning for another rental in March.

This property was a short drive to the slopes and conveniently located near some good restaurants. The pull-out sofa was a little uncomfortable for an adult.

A hidden gem in Park City!

We will continue to book year after year! This place is a perfect location for everything you need! A quick bus ride to anywhere in town! But restaurants and shopping and a park all within walking distance. The condo is equipped with everything you need. All cooking utensils, coffee pots and washer and dryer!

Great ski vacation

Well-appointed condo with a great location, directly on bus line for easy access to all of Park City, including Deer Valley and Park City ski resorts. Quiet neighborhood with good restaurants and ski services. Made for an easy, relaxing ski vacation.

The unit was well kept and clean. Had everything we needed for a great week. Close to tasty restaurants and buses to Park City. Hot tub was a plus at the end of a ski day.

Our Stay

Small but has everything you need. It has one king bed and I think a queen in the other bedroom. It was really nice having a full size washer and dryer. The condo is very quiet; we never heard our neighbors...

Perfect for a week of boarding at Park City, Xtra HOT hot tub

Dave's place was perfect, decent sized and it was really nice to have two bathrooms for our group of four for the week. Overall, it was a great value for what we got, especially being across the street from the bus. We were able to utilize the laundry which was great for a week of skiing and packing light. Super close to public transportation to the mountain and downtown PC, walkable restaurants for breakfast and pizza. The kitchen was a little small for any major cooking, but stocked with all needs for breakfasts, lunch, and light meals. The only thing was that the indoor hot tub (which was a major selling point) was a little too hot to comfortably unwind at the end of a long day on the hill, and the maintenance guy we ran into on-site said there was nothing to be done about it. OH well. We still managed to have a great time! Would stay again.

Great host!

This was a great location close to many restaurants and public transportation. The host was very accommodating and responded very quickly to all our questions and concerns, gave us many great tips on locations and restaurants. We had mostly everything we needed for 5 of us. Hot tub was not hot but seems like that’s in most of the condo buildings but was great for kids. Will definitely use in the future.
