We have stayed here at Baywatch for several years and this year did not disappoint! Great Unit! Everything was as listed!

Great stay

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and the perfect size for our family of 5. The pools were surprisingly clean and the close proximity to the beach was, of course, a plus. Our kids loved the pool, especially the lazy rivers and hot tubs! The owner was easy to reach and let us access the property early since it was done being cleaned. We’re already excited to visit again!

nice beachfront, but not properly cleaned

This was a nice beachfront location. It had three bedrooms with two queen-sized beds in one room and a pull out sleeper. I have no complaints about the unit itself, but it was not properly cleaned. There was sand through out the unit, there was hair on two of the bed's sheets (several strands on the sheets) and sand in a third bed. There were food crumbs on the floor around the table and on the counter tops. There had been something wasted on the wall behind the trash can and was not cleaned, and both the dishwasher and the washing machine had a very strong odor. The crock pot, some utensils, and a few dishes were not properly cleaned but put back in the cabinets for use. I had to sweep, wash dishes and wash and dry the linens before unpacking. The location and balcony were great and the owner was very nice and responded very quickly to my texts but for the total cost of this unit, I was very disappointed that the basics of cleaning were not met.

We had a wonderful time!

The condo was clean and the resort was fun with the indoor pools and hot tubs. We went during a colder spring week so it was great having the indoor options. I imagine it would be even more fun when it is warmer and the outdoor pools could be used without freezing.

Bay Watch Condo

Property was at a great location. Beautiful ocean view. Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Condo not as clean as we expected. No carpet or rugs so the floor was sandy. We enjoyed our stay.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo was clean and the location was great! We really enjoyed our stay. It was pretty chilly outside so it was great having the indoor pools and all the hot tubs to enjoy. We had one hiccup and the owner was very responsive. The only inaccuracy in the listing is that toiletries are not included as stated. No biggie as we brought our own but in case you are counting on that, don't. Two of the bedrooms only have thin quilts on the beds so you might want to bring extra blankets. The ice cream shop and gift store were closed for some reason. Maybe it was the time of year (March). There's a restaurant/bar on the property with bar-type food. I believe there are also other restaurants but again, not open at the time of year we were there. We will probably be renting this condo next year if available.

Last minute Beautiful stay with beautiful view!

Spur of the moment trip away with my husband. I felt lucky to find this place so last minute. It was so clean. I am very picky on that and this place looked almost new. I had to work remotely one full day but I was very thankful that this condo had WiFi that worked flawlessly. Also helped to be able to work from the sunny balcony. This condo had 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very cute decor. TV in living area swiveled around so you could see from everywhere. Kitchen completely stocked with plenty of silverware and plates. Had plenty of pots and pans and a crock pot (never seen that before in rentals) for cooking. Small keurig was available. They had a dishwasher so I didn’t have to wash everything by hand. AC worked well. Obviously leaving curtains open allows more heat right by the windows. Gorgeous view from 12th floor. I loved the balcony. I sat there hours a day. Property is large. Multiple pools and lazy river. Always a crowd the entire time we were there. Bring your own beach towels. They had plenty of bath towels. Looks like there is a beach umbrella and chair rental company that you can rent from right at the property. That would be great to not have to carry that stuff down daily. Bedding was clean! Parking garage is tight fit but had 7 floors. We found plenty of parking level 4 and higher. I love how close this property is to shopping and restaurants. My kids are already talking about going back with us. I would absolutely rent this unit again.
