Welcome to The Red Cottage at Cozy Cottages
A charming retreat just steps from the edge of town, The Red Cottage is a beautifully styled, two-bedroom getaway perfect for up to four guests. Each bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, and the cottage includes a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Step outside to enjoy your private front and back decks—ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The back deck features a private hot tub and gas grill, perfect for unwinding or enjoying a meal outdoors. In the off-season relax inside next to the gas fireplace in the living room.

Tucked among three other quaint cottages, guests can also gather around the shared communal fire pit for stories and s’mores under the stars. Pet-friendly, so your four-legged friends are welcome too!

Conveniently located just across the street from the city limits, The Green Cottage offers the best of both worlds: a peaceful, nature-filled setting with easy access to town—just a short drive or a leisurely walk away.

By renting this cottage the below is agreeing to the following terms:

Rental Rules (RULES ARE STRICTLY ENFORCED)

1.) No smoking. All of our rentals are non-smoking.
2.) You and your guests are using our home at your own risk. We nor the owner of the property will be held responsible for any injuries that occur at the vacation rental or for any lost or stolen items.
3.) No boats or trailers are to be parked at our rental properties. Tents of any kind are not allowed.
Arrangements for trailers need to be made. There is a parking lot for the cottage.
4.) Do not move the furniture.
5.) Each cottage has a maximum number of guests that is listed on this contract you must verify that it is correct. That number is not to be exceeded - this includes children and adults. For fire safety, we are required to limit the number in each home. If additional people are found to be staying at the cottage the entire group will be asked to vacate with no refund. Inflatable mattresses or alternative sleeping other than pack n plays or cribs are not allowed. Tents are also not allowed on the property.
6.) A dog is permitted with written approval and payment of pet fee. No more than 1 dog not over 100 pounds. Pets must not be left unattended at anytime and must be on a leash at all times. Repetitive barking will lead to early departure without refund. If a pet is on the property without permission then there will be a $500 fee and it will be required that the owner board the pet immediately. You are required to pick up after your pet.
7.) Damages are to be reported during your stay. If we find damage after you vacate, you authorize the charge to your credit card for replacement or repair or provide another credit card number, pay by cash or check. Damages reported upon arrival will not be guests' responsibility.
8.) Cleaners will come to the cottage after you have departed - they will not visit to clean, change linens, or replace towels during your stay. Please contact the office should you need assistance during your stay regarding any cleaning items.
9.) Grills are shared and to be cleaned after each use.
10.) Quiet time is after 10pm nightly. We do not tolerate loud groups and college like parties anytime of the day or night. Drinking games are not allowed on the property. Neighbors must NOT hear you inside or outside the cottage after 10pm. This unit is amongst another unit s so please keep noise levels down at all times.
11.) You are at least 25 years old and will be able to verify with valid identification during your stay if needed.
12.) Weddings and formal events are NOT permitted on our properties, if there is found to be a formal event on the property the entire group will be asked to vacate the property with a no refund. Only the guests staying at the property can be at the property and use the amenities.
13.) No more than 2 people in the hot tub at a time. Please rinse of all oils and lotions before entering the hot tub as the filter will not be able to keep up. KIDS CAN NOT BE IN THE HOT TUB WITOUT AN ADULT!
14.) Hot tub towels are provided. Please do not use bath towels for hot tub.
15.) Fireworks are prohibited on the property at all times.
16.). Fire wood is not provided and can be purchased at most gas stations. If there is firewood there you are welcome to use it.

*Disclosure: There may be cameras with sound at outside entrances of cottages ONLY.

These rules are strictly enforced due to NEW city and township ordinances. This contract is the only warning you will get. If any rules are not followed all local fines, security deposits and any other charges will be charged to guest and the entire group will be asked to vacate the property. This communication is necessary so that your vacation experience is a good one for your group and our neighboring community. Please ENJOY your stay
